Hi, I was referred to your site due to a review on bike locks, and after chatting with one of your members of staff, found their service v.useful for a newbie into this whole big world of cycling related products. Needless to say I was served well, received great advice, the products I bought arrived the day after dispatch and all work very well. Thank you very much.

I had searched all the well known on-line vendors for the item I wanted but all were out of stock, so I was pleased to find that Farnham Cycles had it. I looked around the web site and took the opportunity to order some other bits which were well priced and in stock. However I was disappointed at the time it took for the order to be delivered. It was placed and confirmed on 28/7 (Sat) but not dispatched until 3/8, (a long time considering all items were shown as in stock), and not delivered until 7/8.
This wouldn't stop me using this vendor again, but I think it could be improved.

I ordered new helmet pads for an old helmet one evening received them the day after.

The website is reliable, easy to understand and the prices are super competitive. I didn't know it before so there is also this fear of the first buy but I was positvely suprised when I saw the quality and speed of the service. Definitely a place to go a shop again!

Had to chase to see where delivery was and explained that product had not reached them as first thought. Product was delayed and not delivered with the 2-3 working days as advertised. But, when called to chase the guys where very helpful and the product arrived on the day the verbaly told me. Very good condition and very good price!
