Ordered a Kryptonite cycle lock on the 20th of July, payment was taken immediately. However, it took a follow-up email on the 25th to find out what the status of my order was. Once that was done, it arrived in short order.

So - excellent price and fast delivery (once I shook the tree), but communication could be better.

Good selection of products on an easilyu navigable website. prompt dispatch and very friendly to deal with.

Qucik delivery

Inital service was excellent from Farnham cycles and bag was dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately I was out when the package was delivered and it had to be signed for, so they planned to deliver the following day but no time given. There was no way of talking to the company to find out an approx delivery time - not even a morning or afternoon and I had commitments which meant I couldn't stay in all day. So I had to wait another 4 days until I knew I would be in. I could have picked it up from the delivery company's depot but that is 30 miles away from where I live and I do not have a car to go and collect it. If I hadn't been able to plan a day at home for delivery then it would have to be sent back to Farnham cycles.
Not a problem with the service from the shop just the delivery company!

Was looking for a particular bike part and Farnham Cycles had it cheaper than anywhere else. It came through the post no troubles what so ever.

My original enquiry was for a replacement set of four protective plastic pieces to fit on the car roof under the Thule rack supports. The Thule web site was unhelpful so Farnham cycles ordered what seemed appropriate and phoned me when they found that it was not what I needed. I bought a bell instead.
I was very impressed with the care taken by Rob even though the order was very small indeed

Bought a Sram 506 comp front wheel. Product exactly as described and delivered promptly, however when it arrived the skewers had burst through the cardboard box on both sides. This could easily lead to a damaged product. I have not fitted the wheel yet but it appears to be fine.

Although this could be carelessness from the courier company it should have been packaged MUCH better.

I needed a specialist item which I knew would be tricky to get hold of, these guys had one and delivered it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Next time my son's bike breaks I'll be right back

I was looking for some Santini bib-shorts and Farnham Cycles had a good range in stock at a good price. Delivery was quick and I'm very pleased with my purchase. One thing that particularly attracted me is Farnham's customer friendly returns policy. I've recently had a very bad experience with another company when I returned some cycle kit. So all highs and no lows, I will be using Farnham again.
