The website showed what I ordered as in stock therefore I should have received my things within 2-3 working days. It took a week! I phoned the shop to see where my things were and the representative on the other line was very unsympathetic and just said there was a delay at the warehouse, not even a sorry. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN!!!

Thanks for the cycle carrier, all recieved fine and fits well on my bike. Only issue was unsecure website which meant over £1,200.00 being put on my credit card on top of the £36.00 for the carrier. Presently being sorted by fraud office... I was probably just unlucky this time. Wouldn't stop me ordering from Farnham Cycles again though.... Cheers for the prompt delivery.

Took a couple of days for them to deliver and one had a slight dent (it was a bike lock so didn't affect the product) but overall a good quick service at the best price I could find.

Cheapest price on the net with great postage prices. Quick and secure payment. Would buy from them again. Thanks.

Purchased a panier set for my wife's bike. The company kept us informed at all times with regards to the state of the order.
delivery was quick (free) and the panier was exactly as described. Well priced, high quality, definately be using again!

Good Service and Fair Pricing , Delivery not as fast as some others

I had a payment problem when ordering a Mirrycle mirror for my bike. A quick phone call sorted this immediately and the item arrive rapidly.

Quick, efficient service. I ordered two saddles, one was however out of stock. I was made aware within 24 hours and offered a refund, substitution or I could wait until the item was in stock. All very efficient and personalised. I would DEFINITELY use this website again. It's so nice to deal with humans who care!! I only wish the website told me that the it was out of stock before I ordered it! But it's a minor gripe at what is a great and efficient company.

Blade was from an Elixir 5 yet fitted my Elixir 9. This was thanks to the knowledge of the staff.

Great product which I needed to return because of size. Farnham Cycles made the whole process very easy and the correct size was qith me very quickly.

Ordered a MET helmet. No problems with service, fairly quick delivery.

I identified Farnham Cycles as cheapest for inner tubes, so I ordered a batch which were delivered very promptly.
However, they were not the cheapest for the tyres I wanted, nor the brakes.

Very fast delivery and service, however did not recieve a despatch message but not a huge issue.

Purchase of bike, took a wee bit longer than i thought it would, but when i enquired i was given an explanation, the staff are very professional and polite and always get back to you.
i had a problem with a chipped carbon fork, they ordered new ones from Merida unfortunately they couldn't be supplied but reimbursed me with a frame. Good service and good staff.

Easy transaction and decent communication of shipping details etc - the shipping process itself seemed to take some time, with a couple of days space between me placing the order and it being shipped, however the shipping itself was fast and trouble free. Four stars given, would have been five star with faster shipping.

order came quick haven't tried the lock out yet!
