I have never ordered from Fascinators4weddings before but was pleasantly surprised as I’ve ordered fascinators from other companies and they’ve never been great quality. I ordered the Failsworth Millinery Organza Leaves Fascinator in Ivory and when it came I was delighted. It looks well made and just looks quality. The delivery was very quick and I’m looking forward to wearing it for the races. Perhaps I’ll wear it to a wedding I have next year if it matches my outfit and if not I’ll be ordering another one!

I bought a yellow hat for a wedding. It was going to be very hot so I was looking for something to shield me from the sun during the wedding.
The hat arrived folded flat and was posted through the letter box. It unfurled over the next few hours and became well-shaped.
It was a sunshine shade of yellow, and many people complimented me on it. A great hat.

Ordered three hats as was unsure of colour to match two outfits I have. Was a little concerned about quality considering the great affordable price but trusted the reviews I found. Ordering was dead easy, they arrived very promptly and well packaged. The quality of the hats is superb.
Sadly one colour match was not good for my outfit but true to the picture on website, and so I have begun the returns process. Easy enough to do so am hoping there won’t be any issues with this.

I have never purchased a hat on line before for fear of it being one of those nightmare purchases which look great in the photo but are cheap and tacky in reality. The three I purchased are anything but. Great quality, look fab, and easy to order different colours of same hat if unsure. I am very impressed with my purchases and won’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.
I ordered Failsworth sinaway disc, and two failsworth Mini Discs. And to reiterate, only one being returned because doesn’t quite hit the mark with my outfit in terms of colour! If I could justify buying three hats I would! Think hubby might have something to say about it though…

Needed a fascinator urgently. Used on line chat facility and order was processed within minutes for a next day delivery. Hoping the colour is what I want

The fascinator arrived in good time & was lovely. However it was the wrong colour for my outfit. Returning items is a right faff!!!
First you have to e mail & cancel your contract with them. Then you have to complete a returns form. Then You return the item at your own cost. I returned the goods on 6th June. Delivered & signed for on 7th June.
2 full weeks ago. No acknowledgment. No refund. If you’re going to run an online business the service needs to be much better than this !

My order arrived on time, was happy with what I received.

Fascinator arrived quickly and was perfect for a rather tricky to match red dress. I had some problems ordering (probably my fault) but customer service was excellent and very helpful.
