I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. My glasses fell from a height of only 10 cm onto a washbasin and the frame immediately broke. For a product in this price range, such a lack of durability is unacceptable.
When I contacted support, I was met with baseless accusations instead of help. First, they claimed I must have "sat on them" (which is completely untrue). Then, they argued that the warranty is void because the temples were "manually adjusted" by a professional optician.
It is a standard industry requirement that prescription glasses must be fitted/tempered to the customer's head by an optician. Claiming that a professional adjustment causes a frame to break from a 10 cm drop is absurd and feels like a cheap excuse to avoid warranty obligations.
I’ve had much better experiences with high-quality eyewear brands from Germany and Austria, where frames are actually designed to be durable and adjustable.
Save your money and buy from a brand that stands behind its quality and treats its customers with respect.

Gorgeous glasses and also such a great customer experience. I forgot to add the discount code and they added it retrospectively after my purchase. So helpful. I have a couple of pairs of their sunglasses and the quality is lovely 😊

The sunglasses I bought are beautiful! I bought an Imperfect model but honestly, I didn't find any imperfections. (This might be model-specific, so not a guarantee). They sit amazingly on my nose and ears. The little clutch is also a great addition, almost would have paid this price for just the bag!

I have used this company a couple of times now and the glasses are amazing and the staff are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I broke a pair of glasses which was still under warranty and they have replaced and fix them for me with a very quick turnaround . I will be purchasing again.

My husband and I first visited For Art’s Sake a couple years ago while we were in London. We both made purchases. When we planned another London trip a couple months ago. We knew we wanted to visit For Art’s Sake again. As I expected, we both purchased again. We love this tiny store! Their frames and sunglasses are stunning! So unique. The customer service is impeccable! We will definitely visit this store whenever our plans take us to London. I reached out to the company for some help about packaging for a product I bought of there's. They were so helpful and nice to assist me with what I needed after I purchased one of there sunglasses for a friend. Definitely love the way this company cares about there customers (there not like most retail companies) and the service they give to help everyone is great. Thank you guys for your help and keep up the amazing work your sunglasses are 10/10 :)

I’ve always been a fan of FAS glasses. And my recent order (2 glasses) did not fail me. I loved the glasses and delivery was quite fast. Definitely recommended!

I wasn’t used to the lens effect on the glasses I ordered, but Danish worked to investigate and adjust the lenses to suit my preferences. I am incredibly happy with the final result and truly appreciate the effort from Danish and the team. Amazing customer service and love the glasses.

The customer service was amazing when I emailed with some questions! Once I received my jewellery order I must say I was very impressed by the quality, colours and style. Worn straight away today and already had lots of compliments!

I do a lot of purchases online and from time to time I need to get in touch with customer service team to resolve an issue. In reality you have to wait for response within 24-48 hours.
It is unbelievable, but I've sent a request to AFS Team @ 22:05pm and @ 23:12pm I received a response with a positive solution of my problem. And furthermore, this happend on Sunday, and this was Easter Sunday!!! And they made me feel very happy! This is a fantastic sample of how we'd like all our businesses to perform.
I can highly recommend FOR ART'S SAKE to everyone!

What I love about For Art’s Sake is that their designs are unique and artisanal — they have this exclusive feel. The frames are super chic and versatile. I already own three pairs, and every time I’m in London, I make sure to stop by their Covent Garden store to try on the new styles. The staff is always incredibly friendly, too.

I ordered two pairs of glasses. One of them did not fit well, so I sent an email asking if I could exchange it for a different pair. I’ve sent several follow-up emails but haven’t received any response.
In addition, one of my older pairs of glasses recently broke. I understand it may not be covered under warranty, but I sent photos of the broken glasses along with a warranty card (which may not be the correct one). Someone named Dhrumil followed up with a few questions, which I answered, but I never heard back after that.
Regardless of whether a replacement is possible, I would have appreciated a response. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Art again.
