I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. My glasses fell from a height of only 10 cm onto a washbasin and the frame immediately broke. For a product in this price range, such a lack of durability is unacceptable.
When I contacted support, I was met with baseless accusations instead of help. First, they claimed I must have "sat on them" (which is completely untrue). Then, they argued that the warranty is void because the temples were "manually adjusted" by a professional optician.
It is a standard industry requirement that prescription glasses must be fitted/tempered to the customer's head by an optician. Claiming that a professional adjustment causes a frame to break from a 10 cm drop is absurd and feels like a cheap excuse to avoid warranty obligations.
I’ve had much better experiences with high-quality eyewear brands from Germany and Austria, where frames are actually designed to be durable and adjustable.
Save your money and buy from a brand that stands behind its quality and treats its customers with respect.

Beautiful sunglasses
The sunglasses I bought are beautiful! I bought an Imperfect model but honestly, I didn't find any imperfections. (This might be model-specific, so not a guarantee). They sit amazingly on my nose and ears. The little clutch is also a great addition, almost would have paid this price for just the bag!

I have used this company a couple of times now and the glasses are amazing and the staff are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I broke a pair of glasses which was still under warranty and they have replaced and fix them for me with a very quick turnaround . I will be purchasing again.

Amazing experience.
I wasn’t used to the lens effect on the glasses I ordered, but Danish worked to investigate and adjust the lenses to suit my preferences. I am incredibly happy with the final result and truly appreciate the effort from Danish and the team. Amazing customer service and love the glasses.

Fantastic Performance!
I do a lot of purchases online and from time to time I need to get in touch with customer service team to resolve an issue. In reality you have to wait for response within 24-48 hours.
It is unbelievable, but I've sent a request to AFS Team @ 22:05pm and @ 23:12pm I received a response with a positive solution of my problem. And furthermore, this happend on Sunday, and this was Easter Sunday!!! And they made me feel very happy! This is a fantastic sample of how we'd like all our businesses to perform.

What I love about For Art’s Sake is that their designs are unique and artisanal — they have this exclusive feel. The frames are super chic and versatile. I already own three pairs, and every time I’m in London, I make sure to stop by their Covent Garden store to try on the new styles. The staff is always incredibly friendly, too.

Highly unsatisfied with customer service
I ordered two pairs of glasses. One of them did not fit well, so I sent an email asking if I could exchange it for a different pair. I’ve sent several follow-up emails but haven’t received any response.
In addition, one of my older pairs of glasses recently broke. I understand it may not be covered under warranty, but I sent photos of the broken glasses along with a warranty card (which may not be the correct one). Someone named Dhrumil followed up with a few questions, which I answered, but I never heard back after that.
Regardless of whether a replacement is possible, I would have appreciated a response. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Art again.
