If only I could award NIL points…Fashion Shopping or Original Fashion as they refer to themselves is a Chinese Scam company.
I placed two orders with them believing, I was dealing with a reputable company in the Netherlands. After no updates on my orders, I became suspicious and decided to check them out on TrustPilot.
If I’d only done it earlier before placing my orders!
Dreadful reviews of numerous customers being scammed. I immediately cancelled my orders and demanded refunds. Heard nothing from the company. I will open a dispute with PayPal and request a full refund.
Do not deal with these criminals they are bandits so; be very aware…

Absolutely dreadful quality of clothing and nothing at all like the description or picture. The item was packaged stuffed into a black rubbish bag folded over several times. No details whatsover of how to return it. A complete scam site - wish I’d read the reviews as well

I placed an order with this company over 10 days ago. I've received no information regarding my order at all? Can't seem to get in contact with them! Thankfully I paid using PayPal so I may at least get my money back.

Absolute rubbish. I received the items but the quality is terrible. I purchased through PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back. No invoice and no return label and you have to pay for returning the item...... AVOID THIS COMPANY they sell through TikTok under NO ANGEL

I recently ordered 3 women's pickleball tops from Vitalvigoury. The total was $67.27. I soon got a text from them thanking me for my order and my card would be charged $80.72 USD. WHAT??? No where on the site was there a disclaimer stating any other currency was being used. I immediately contacted them and said I wanted to cancel my order. I contacted my credit card company and now I am in cancellation hell.

Do not buy from them they are scammers.
Tracking time is not correct, its like they work in the future. Package got delivered at 11:06 and when i checked the time on my phone it was 8:30, doesnt make sense. Package was not delivered to my address they lost it. And you cant contact the courrier they work with.
They told me they were going to send a new package, im still waiting to this day. I wish i could get my money back.

Very poor service!! Ordered 2 dresses and sent them back and they only offered me a voucher as they where lost with the Royal Mail and was late to the 14 days return witch wasn’t my fault

Due to this being a sale item we only offer store credit as stated in our terms and conditions.

Unfortunately we received your return after our 14 days return policy, all return needs to reach our office within 14 days, we do not accept returns that reaches our office after 14 days.
As we know your return reached us late due to Royal mail failure we issued a store credit for your return.

Stay away!! I ordered a chocolate coat and it was an American model (link on Instagram). Well I paid and after 1 month, I got nowhere with my parcel, I emailed customer service and they said my parcel got lost in transit and that they'll send a new parcel.

I was given a tracking number, funny thing is, the lost parcel status said "delivered 15:31" and I checked 11am 😃😃, they work in the future.

I'm happy because I called my bank and reported the transaction, I got refunded my money yesterday!!!

Useless nonentity ripping people of their money

Do NOT buy from this company. Color of dress was completely different than what was sent. Contacted service day I received the order, didn’t receive a response for a week. Than was asked to ship to China for a refund. Shipping return will cost more than the purchase.

Been waiting almost a year for $300 bag. Customer service keeps saying just wait, nothing arrives- I am definitely not getting the bag or my money back. Didn't think the site was a fraud, why are they allowed to remain open. Something has to be done, this is a zero star rating and review!!

Fell for an online site that calls itself one thing.... They set it up to look like an American Boutique with photos and models, etc. Then after you pay... you see another company name based in China. Somebody needs to do something about this. Prices are high and then you receive junk and cannot even find out how to even get a refund because of the switch ups on names.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering my supposed Dune boots. 7 weeks later I received a very small package with a “Cartier” ring - absolute tat and no sign of my boots.

Is definitely Scam!!!! I ordered a purse for $170.00 and never received it.They kept telling me the delivery is very slow, this was going on for months. I demanded a refund.Then I was told they couldn’t give me a full refund.Now they cancelled the order completely, so I can’t respond back to them anymore.

I wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. I am one of those people they tricked. Please don’t waste your time and money. I don’t have much to say still trying to wrap my head around all this. Up to now my package is coming and can’t reach. Over one month and going.

A Scam!!! It keeps saying my items were delivered today and there isn’t any items or numbers to call they need to be sued for taking ppls money and falsely acting like they are shipping and delivering

scam. Have £4 from me for something i thought i was buying but it was for membership. Tried ordering 3 things with the £19 they said i had and surprise surprise not in stock. Tried to cancel but couldn’t and that they would charge £80 odd pound for next membership instalment. DONT order anything

Awful poor quality, CS said it needed to be posted back to China at my expense! wanted to give me a $5 cash back . ended up with $15
