I have tried my best explaining the issue their is no priority from the team. They assume what ever they want. Too bad service. I would never choose. I would never recommend

Great prices on frames and lenses. Decided to send a photo of the prescription rather than input. The Optician made a recommendation on different lenses and I went with these. Two pairs of Oakley glasses with super thin varifocal lenses for £350 was an absolute bargain. Paid that much for one pair a few years ago.

Im a bit conflicted giving a 5 star review. While the purchase was easy and went without a problem the product is nothing like the picture and I am very disappointed.

Good price and quick delivery

Received my Tom Ford Designer frames about 3 weeks ago. By the end of week 1 I noticed the gold Tom Ford logo on the arms changing colour from what should be gold to a kind of rusty discoloured look, almost like it’s oxidation. I also noticed the T on the arms do not line up with rest of the frame.
Now I have 3 pairs of Tom Ford Glasses that I purchased directly from my opticians and I’ve had them for years, and none of them have discoloured or oxidised, or look misaligned, so I’m leaning towards the fact that these frames are not genuine. The frames themselves are also quite crackly/noisey when you touch them or put them on, which makes me feel that either the lens were not fitted correctly or again perhaps it’s just not genuine. It’s not as sturdy as the 3 pairs I’ve currently got.
Overall a very disappointing purchase that will no doubt end up in the bin sooner rather than later. Whilst the pricing may be attractive, I do not recommend this seller.

At the end of the day for "online" eyewear it's all about trust that one's buying a decent, quality product. I've purchased multiple times for Fashion Eyewear competitors and never said to myself this is special. Pretty much all the eye glasses which i have purchased from Fashion Eyewear and I've done at least six orders I always feel surprised at the lens quality and frame recommendations. They are competitive and truly superior to the big web names in the USA that are selling online eyewear. I highly recommend Fashion Eyewear.

Ordered and paid next day delivery which failed, I contacted them and fair play they refunded the next day value (hence the 2 stars)
Glasses arrive the day after and I loved them (rayban clubmasters). However as soon as I put them on my head the arm came away from its bracket if that’s what you call it, so the arm was hanging on by a thread. I sent pictures to a response or “were unable to see any issues”.
I needed them for my holiday so had to superglue the arm bracket on. Still not heard back from them since last week.

I ordered two different Tom ford glasses: one pair of sunglasses and the other regular glasses. I had realised after ordering the glasses I wanted to change my order to remove Polarised lenses and wanted to see if I could have the tint matched on the sunglasses with a transitions effect. The agents on the live chat, most notably Charlie and Harlie were really helpful in amending my order and refunding me. The glasses just arrived today, they look great in hand and have no issues with the prescription lenses fitted to them. They came with all original packaging and lenses. I was missing a cleaning item but I have reached out to customer service who will be sending it in the post. Based on my experience with fashion eyewear with them supporting me by helping me change my order and getting their opinion on which options to select, I’ve had a very good experience and would highly recommend them, especially since their pricing is so good compared to traditional brick and mortar stores where prices are a lot higher.
