Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Be aware that they don’t even acknowledge customer concerns or issues. I reached out for assistance and felt completely ignored. Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a company that values its customers. I would not recommend based on the lack of communication and support.

Overseas buyer experience
for all overseas buyer, i am very please how the parcel is arrived within 8 days. Sunglasses was wrap in small box, sealed with plastic bag and has bubble wrap to secure the box inside the bigger box.
Information on how the parcel travel to the destination is clear and update. Give me peace in mind.
I would highly recommended this company and I will repeat order again from them.

Great prices on frames and lenses
Great prices on frames and lenses. Decided to send a photo of the prescription rather than input. The Optician made a recommendation on different lenses and I went with these. Two pairs of Oakley glasses with super thin varifocal lenses for £350 was an absolute bargain. Paid that much for one pair a few years ago.
