Really mixed feelings about my experience, the ordering process and subsequent questions was relatively smooth and the price of the glasses represents good value. After the goods were sent the issues started, Royal Mail went to the wrong address twice and refused to try a third time. Communications by phone and email to rectify was slow and the end result was go and collect yourself from Royal Mail at great inconvenience. A real shame as the delivery end let the side down, I just would have liked a quicker more attentive response to chasing the missing parcel!

product was as advertised (Nike Frame) and delivery process was regularly updated and accurate.
(frame is older model that has replaced broken 2 year old ones - expensive lens live another day! or hopefully years)

Never received sunglasses, tracking just said undeliverable return to sender, with no way for me to contact anyone to find out why, or what I could do about it.

Great experience, got my Ray-Bans about £50 cheaper than other websites. They were shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I am so pleased, would deffo buy again.

Wrong lenses in glasses and damaged frame. Customer service is poor they fail to answer most emails

Quality service, excellent delivery

Hidden Fees - they tried to apply a 10% fee (on total of £1200 order) by communicating this after the order was place. Had to challenge customer services who would not admit they hadn't communicated this to me in advance until I went through their website and found that their policy was actually £10 per pair, not 10% of order total. They have since updated their policies.

Slow Returns - Free returns option only insured for up to £75.00 - despite returning over £650 of stock by post. Huge risk on buyer. And returns was slow. had to ask them to generate label as returns options not working on the website.

Refund not yet issued - awaiting more than a week for a refund of £650.00

Only redeeming factor was the good deal on the price of the frames who were manufactured by another company. Won't be using again.

NB: Following writing this review, I was contacted by Fashion Eyewear asking them to update my review now that the matter 'had been resolved'. I want to be clear - at the time they wrote this, it had not been resolved. I didn't have my refund until several days later. I also had to call to chase up my return payment on the phone.

The fact that I received an unsolicited message asking me to give them a new, more generous review was a bloody cheek. Furthermore, it has taken me several attempts to unsubscribe from their mailing list after I kept getting spam emails despite hitting unsubscribe several times.

FYI Fashion Eyewear - if you only want good reviews, then don't treat your customers poorly and then seek to make up for it by pursuing them to amend details of their experience. Pretty dishonest of you, frankly.

Great service for my prescription Ray-ban sunglasses

Fashion Eyewear office the most stunning eyewear. I love shopping with this company. The customer service team provides top notch service. I have made a couple of purchases and they never disappoint.

I am in the UK. I placed an order for two pairs of sunglasses on a Sunday night, they shipped the next day, and were delivered on Wednesday. The glasses were exactly as expected, including with all the necessary packaging one would expect (including certificate of authenticity). I would not hesitate to order again.

Thank you it was my first time ordering prescription glasses through website or online and was very weary but i received my glasses today and they are great thank you brilliant service will most definitely be ordering again communication about glasses and prescription through email was great also! Delivery was very Fast after sorting out the right prescription and partial refund
