Ordered a top on 2nd Nov 2024 , Feb 2025 no sign nor a refund or any suitable communication, have emailed 3 times, Avoid, luckily it was only £35.

This is a total scam do not deal with these awful people .
I ordered 3 items in October 2024 for £102, I haven’t received any of them they will not answer my emails they are not in London ..

This company is a joke advertising genuine leather jackets that are fake leather when queried they told me I can send it back but at my own expense I refused & said that they offer a hassle free 30 day money back guarantee which is wrong they don’t & they offered me some money back funny enough no refund this company should be closed down do not buy from them they are liars

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered 2 pairs of boots in October from them. I received one pair after much chasing on my part in December 2024. These were ordered early October 24. Said express delivery. I still haven’t received the second pair or any refund after numerous emails with them saying the refund is in process.
This company is a total SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH

Absolute rip off item I ordered nothing like it is on line should have read the reviews too good to be true never again

Bought 3 'Leather Jackets' Do NOT buy these jackets, they are NOT Leather (label says Polyester) & if you want to return it YOU have to pay the return postage back to CHINA!

Item was not Ralph Lauren as described on website but very very cheap copy. Said from Europe but came from China. Avoid at all cost.

Taking matter up with Credit card company as fraudulent.

Avoid this company. It been 2 months since my order and still not received the goods. They take a very long time reply to emails. They are avoiding emails altogether now and won't give delivery details. I now believe they have not even sent the items. This is a Chinese company purporting to be a British functioning business. AVOID. Now need to jack up a case with my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered boots 4 weeks ago. They arrived today and the quality is shocking. I’ve clearly been scammed as others have also reported here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are con artists.

Complete scam. They send inferior products and are certainly not as described. I bought a coat. That came in a nine inch bag. Rubbish quality. Certainly not a coat and not wool. Further. These are Chinese scammers pretending to be a uk brand. Don’t buy from them. You are never going to get what you ordered and say goodbye to your money.

Scammers. Sent me item that not match description clearly stated on their site. Jacket i ordered on 19th October arrived more than 3 weeks later. Complete scandal. After requesting refund they offered 30% refund and possibility to keep the jacket i don't need because it's complete rubbish. They answered that i need to pay cost of return in their warehouse is in CHINA even their name says Fashionflux LONDON.
On top of everything they are answering from gmail account instead of email stated on their site.

No delivery from this company. Will not refund my payment. Beware, Rip off, Scammers. Do not purchase from this company.

I placed an order on the 18th Oct, thinking it was coming from the UK.
Wrong!!! In fact it’s China!
I still haven’t received my boots and after emailing them several times to find out where they were I have now been told they’re out of stock and they don’t know when they will be available again.
I asked why they were obviously happy to keep my money as no one had contacted me to let me know about this and I am still waiting for a reply as to why I haven’t received my refund yet?
Don’t waste your money on these cowboys!

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a pair of shoes size 5. Shoes arrived, size 4.
Contacted them and they asked me to send pics at proof which I did. They offered me 30% discount and keep the shoes or return at my own expense. Why would I want to keep them, they are too small!!!
Now they are ignoring my emails.
Give me my money back!!!

I paid for boots but was informed they ate out of stock but they are ignoring my emails for a refund. I have sent 4 emails asking for a refund but no response. They are a very unprofessional company. DO NOT USE

Terrible company to deal with. They shipped me the incorrect goods and wouldn't collect or refund them. Only offered me the chance for me to return them to CHINA at my own expense, when they shipped the wrong item.
Very hard to deal with and not helpful at all.

I purchased a pair of "leather, wool lined, all weather" boots. I read reviews about the company beforehand and found nothing but good things so I went ahead with the purchase. They took 2 weeks to come. Stated on their website they're based in London, when in fact they are in China. First lie. Then when I received them, things just got worse. They were completely different boots to the ones advertised. They were very poorly made, no wool lining just a thin lining of something, they were not full leather, as stated, and they branded the name "Spod Kids Fashion" on the tongue 😳 absolutely fuming, considering I paid £40 for the privilege. I went ahead and contacted the company only to be offered a 30% refund. Charming. I politely declined and demanded they refund me in full because they have sent me an item that is not the item I purchased, therefore misleading me. I am yet to hear back. Please be aware before buying anything from this company that the item you buy, may not be the item you receive. Very disappointing.
