The price was very competitive ( special offer ), but the postage costs were high ( £5.99 ) and no free returns offered. Return postage cost was £3.20! The shoes were returned because the instep was too high for my wife even to get them on. Her insteps were probably much larger than the average size 4.

I was very pleased with my purchase. My order arrived on time and the quality of the garments is very good. Will order again in the future.

Cheap value clothing for the money, and delivery charges expensive. You have to pay for returns of poor quality goods. Will not order from this company again.

Received new catalogue & tried to order a dress online - but order code was not available. Waited a week or so and tried again with same result. I phoned (on premium rate phone line) and placed my order. Items ordered didn't arrive although my credit card was deducted immediately.

5 weeks later my queries were met with response that item is still out of stock .. and "company policy" is to take payment but not to despatch other items ordered until all are available.

the two skirts I received were beautiful and such good value but the sizing is very tiny. I have returned both skirts and I'm waiting for larger sizes to arrive

I found Fashion Friendly's website by mistake but I'm so glad I did because Mum had a look at their website and saw some lovely skirts so I ordered 2 for her delivery was fast when they came she loved them so much she asked me to order her 2 more and again delivery was fast so we recommend Fashion Friendly as a Trusted Retailer

I didn’t manage to get further than trying to order items advertised in a daily newspaper. The skirts advertised did not appear on their website, and their returns policy seems very unfair, unclear and unreliable. I cannot find any details about the company, it has just an expensive 0871 number to call with queries and customer service non existent, consequently I wouldn’t risk a penny ordering from them. You get what you pay for and I would guess this saying applies very much to this company.

I have tried to place an order with a code from a tv magazine i get to payment and it crashes then tried again this time i cannot past getting the goods up would not recommend

My elderly mother ordered 2 cardigans from Fashion Friendly and I was a little disappointed that she had to pay postage for delivery and return.
Unfortunately the wrong size was sent out but when I called the company they answered the phone immediately and advised me not to return them but to pass them to charity and they processed the refund immediately.
A fantastic service, efficient and caring! Thank you. Highly recommended.
