Extremely disappointed by the service, my information hasn’t been verified, extremely shameful to write this even after multiple emails they couldn’t get my verification done, very disappointed by the service.

Do not trust this company with your money, they are a total scam. I have been fighting with Fasset support for weeks regarding ticket #82747, and it has been an absolute nightmare.

I paid for a card that I still cannot activate, and they have already deducted the funds from my account. I’ve been asking for help for weeks, and all I get are lazy, automated ‘we are investigating’ emails that mean absolutely nothing. They have taken my money but refuse to provide the service I paid for, which feels like they are intentionally holding my funds hostage.

This isn't just bad service; it feels like they are actively harassing me by stonewalling my requests and ignoring my basic questions. They are making it impossible for me to conduct my international transactions, and their total lack of communication is suspicious. If you value your money, stay far away from Fasset. They are incompetent, dismissive, and clearly don't care that they have effectively scammed me out of my card purchase. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

this is the worst service ive ever seen they took so many days to approve my account first then again so many days to approve my virtual card and still haven't approved after multiple requests. i hope the app dies soon and your shareholders money get lost asap. and then you can't fool people after that.

I'm here to notify in regards to the action we're taking against the operational failures of Fasset.

It seems a daylight robbery as the the ACH of amount USD 1,873.63 sent to the Fasset USD against Trace ID: 262190119386160Y00, was never reversed back.

The trace ID for ACH reversal sent by team Fasset has been declared invalid by the sender's bank.

If the funds aren't reversed within the time frame of 24 hours we're gonna take the following actions:

Against Fasset head office in Los Angeles a fraud case will be filed in US consumer court.

Against Fasset Pakistan, a fraud case will be filed by my legal team in the honorable consumer courts of Pakistan.

In the online freelance forums and voice of customers pages awareness posts will be published so people can save themselves form this what seems like a possible scam.

Be careful trusting them. They froze my account without warning because I sent crypto do other addresses. They asked me to identify the addresses without allowing me access to my account to verify this. I’ve had no response in 5 days so far since explaining the situation I’m in and my money is still frozen. I’ve missed out on a lot of money from trading due to making the mistake of trusting this platform!

Also there is no phone number to call. You have to email them and wait for days for a response. I’ve been dealing with someone called Safa called Safa who hasn’t responded to over 5 of my emails in over 4 days.

I sent money for deposit to fasset. it's be 7-8 business days gone but it's not received yet. I contact with their support but it's still hanging there no solution...

Terrible app.

First, I deposited USDT without any issues. Then I tried to pay UPS using the app's Google Pay virtual card. The payment was deducted from my account, but the UPS website displayed "card authentication failed."

The blockchain transaction shows as completed and the funds have been sent, but they still haven't been credited to the recipient account.

On top of that, I was told that raising a payment dispute would cost $30.

Overall, a very frustrating experience. Payments have been deducted, but support has been unable to resolve the issues. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

I have a genuine experience with them. I feel that the services for verification are troubled inadequate improper.I am not asssured that they can offer proper services.. Risky. I highly do not recommend to have a headache if you opt for their services. Please stay away and find better one on the net
