I wish I could rate them a zero! I’m wondering if my birth certificate got lost in the Mail? Haven’t received it yet, and when I contacted customer service, I cannot even reach a human! They keep sending the same automated response, and end it with “let us know if you have anymore questions”, but when I ask another question they literally just say the same response. It is to be a robot and it’s infuriating! I just want to know where my birth certificate is!

They lied!
They don’t say anything about you have to pay the same cost to your state gubernamental office in order to get what you’re asking for.
We paid and got nothing else that a package that we have to send to some address with extra money.

I applied for the fast birthcertificate expecting to recieve my birthcertificate in the mail after paying $39.95.
I already kew the forms and the process to get a birthcertificate from the vital statistics office in person. But thought it would be better to get one by ordering it online.
What I recieved in the mail was an application form filled out with the information I already provided and a letter stating that the cost of the birth cerificate would be an additional $27 to mail in the application. WHAT A SCAM!!!!
Had I gone in person it would have only cost me $27 and a couple of hours of my time. I have to say that this service was not worth the money spent.

Horrible service!!! I placed an order on this site and sent a cancellation email minutes after. When Kim the representative who responded to my email replied she instructed me to write cancellation on the package and return it. I never received the package so I sent an email to follow up to see if they were able to cancel it before it shipped out. It has been a month now and I’ve received several back and forths from both Kim and Allana. The last message from Kim stated it would be forwarded to upper management. Upper management Kim Thomas sent me a very sarcastic and rude reply stating that I would not get a cancellation due to the obvious reasons that services were already performed. Seriously just a big waste a time I’ve invested far more time then this should have ever taken . The end result is she is mailing me the package that I no longer need and she would consider my feedback. She said there is not any phone option and she does not have a supervisor.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I really wish I would of read the reviews before I paid my money. All this website does is make the process longer and steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM! YOU CAN COMPLETE THIS PROCESS DIRECTLY WITH VITAL STATISTICS. IT'S A HUGE RIP OFF AND SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED!!

the web site is misleading, they send you an application and nothing more. All you pay for is someone giving you an application and you still have to fill it out, get it notarized and any red tape, you deal with it, it is not easier and you do not get a birth certificate. You just get the application. Not worth the money, its a rip off.

This is a Scam!! What a waste of damn money. After you pay the $49 you think your done. In a couple days in the mail you receive a form saying to pay $25 for gov fees.. Then what the fck was the $49 used for?? Fck you FastBirthCertificates !!

I placed an order with this business and was charged twice on my debit card for a total of $139.80. After seeing this in the confirmation email I googled fastbirthcertificates.com and saw all the bad reviews and cancelled my order. I got refunded alright, half for the legit order and half for the second charge on my card. They won't even answer my emails now. Tim Sanner is a thief and should be dealt with accordingly. This company will steal your time and money. My wife tried to get her birth certificate for a job and she never received it.

Here is the narrative that you will experience if you do business with this site:

You will give them your money, expecting a birth certificate in short order. You will not receive anything for two weeks. Finally, you will receive a form from the company that is actually a State of California (in our case) form for you to file and get your birth certificate! This is something you could have done for free yourself.

There is a video from the owner of this company that is pretty interesting. Just go to You Tube and enter "National Positions Success Story - FastBirthCertificates.com - Tim Sanner"

According to ICANN, the owner of the site is the same person, Tim Sanner. His phone number is 650-919-4343.

He talks about how he is able to trust his vendors, it's unfortunate that he is not trustworthy.

What a joke. A scam. As many have said here, all they do is take the info you provide and fill out the particular agency's forms and then mail them to you. All of this could be done by you in minutes without having to pay the website's fee. By the way, you still have to pay the government agency's fee for the service. As for customer service, there is none. No response at all. I wish my wife had looked this up before wasting around $40.
As for the glowing reviews, I suspect they are either from people who are internet illiterate and can barely use a web browser or they are fake reviews from the site's employees.

The worst customer service EVER!!! After making payment of $70 I was informed they will mail me forms to fill out and send to staissue. That is false advertising. I could have drove to county clerk and done it my self and save money. I instantly tried to contact them and realized no phone number. After several email exchanges they basically informed me too bad. I'm currently disputing and discovered many people had same issue.This is response I got, " Sorry we don't see eye to eye. We will be expecting your bank dispute. And no, based on the contract you agreed to, you do not have the right to cancel a service that was already provided. Anyway, we will work this out through your bank when they contact us. You will likely see a temporary credit after you open your dispute, then that credit will be reversed in about 2 weeks or so once we show them the contract and service you agreed to.

Anyway, your package should be there very soon! I do strongly suggest next time you actually read what you are ordering :)

I paid the $40 then AFTER i paid i was told i have to pay another $25 to get my birth certificate. Also if i canceled i would only get 50% of my money back because they process it the very second you submit it. BULL S#!t!!

I ordered the EXPEDITED (1-5 days) birth certificate on April 10th and we are now at April 23rd and I have received nothing. I contacted Fastbirthcertificates.com and explained I had not received anything yet from them and I was told to wait and that it would be there eventually. After a couple more days I had no choice I ended up having to go through VitalChek.com to get the birth certificate ordered through the NY approved provider and it cost me less money. I again contacted fastbirthcertificates.com and explained I still had not received anything and I had to pay more money out of pocket because they did not fulfill their contractual obligation and I would like a refund. after more back and forth and me threatening to file a claim with my credit card company they refunded the money but told me they would report me to all 3 credit bureau because I still owed them the $69 and they would go after me for collection fees as well. Shadiest company I have ever dealt with.

SCAM... dont do it. They sent me a completed application FULL of mistakes. Complete waste of money and it wasn't cheap. DO THE RESEARCH! These guys scammed me.
