This is a SCAM. They charge you $70 just to snail-mail you a form and call it same day birth certificate service. Once you figure out "same day" actually means weeks, you might as well drive to the clerk's office and do it yourself. But don't expect a refund, a retraction, or anything otherwise resembling honest business practices. After a lengthy email exchange their customer service rep basically goes, "Oh well, should've read the fine print." And when I pressed them on the patently false advertising they generously offered me a 'full refund' MINUS a $19 "cancellation fee." So kudos to you, FastBirthCertificates.com. After telling them I was going to report them to the BBB and leave a bad review they said "Sorry, we stick to our policies." Enjoy the 69.98 bucks I gave you for absolutely nothing but a waste of emails and time.

Complete scam artists. Needed birth cert fast. Paid 69.00 on a Sunday at 8pm. Cancelled 5 mintues later. Sent email to customer service. Some loser said to bad reaf the fine print. Site does not tell you until after you pay that it takes 6 to 7 weeks to get after they send you the paperwork you can download online yourself. Made report with BBB and loser customer service guy named Tim said he didnt care because BBB was a non profit and they have no regards for them. Kinda funny if you think about it when on their home page their BBB Rating is all over it. DO NOT BE A VICTIM to this company.

This company is a complete scam they make promises they can't keep. And they take your money don't send you anything and when I called to see what was going on they claim to have never even gotten a payment even tho I sent them bank statements showing I paid $124.65 and still never got anything from them. Birth certificate they issued wasn't acknowledged by U.S. Government. A total scam.

This is an internet scam! No help, no birth certificate,money stolen.

Still haven't received the birth certificate we ordered going on 4 months

This may very well be the worst company I've ever dealt with . If I could give a -0 for a review I would . Don't waste your money . Because if they can't or won't help you get your birth cert , guess what ? They still keep your money and you still have to go elsewhere and pay again ! They have every angle imaginable covered so that you can't get a refund . Even walking away empty handed . I couldn't be more disgusted .

I am very dissatisfied. I placed order per web site paid.all the fees those were for expedited service. All fees were taken from my bank a total of 120 dollars. On march 14th. I sill have not recieved any documents it was guaranteed for 10 to 14 days turn around time.it is now close to 2 months.

Do not use that service they'll take your money and run they did not help me at all and took my money

I requested a refund since I never received any services. I felt tricked into the total price of getting a birth certificate. I was told to fill out a form and mail it in. It's now been 6 weeks and no refund.

Live in NH born in Boston. After filling everything out it complained that I did not provide a valid city of birth in NH.

Still havent received my birth certificate. And they made it seem as if they were sending me a SS Card, when they sent a application for one. Sad business

"fast" should not be part of company. Good to work with but fast is not part of this process.

Nightmare! She tries to act like this is a big company, but she works out of her apartment and the mailing address is a UPS store. Oh, and they don't have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.

My niece is trying to get her drivers license and needs a copy of her birth certificate. I tried to expedite things but as soon as they processed my payment, they said we had to fill out another form and have it notarized. I immediately explained that wasn't possible, as to get something notarized, you have to have a driver's license, and my niece doesn't have one yet.

Since then, She has been playing games and running me around in email circles for six days now. Not good for a company whose only job is to expedite things.

Her latest antic was some crap about a binding contract with no refunds, but if I fill out another form, the "legal department" will review the request. Her command of basic contract law is seriously lacking.

She has already been given all of the order information to process a credit, yet she seems to take some kind of power pleasure in dragging this out.

She needs to quit playing games, cancel the order and refund the payment. Easy.

I’d give them a 0 if it was possible, they advertise that with expedited service you would get your birth certificate in 10-14 days, which is not true the just scam you out of $69. For expedited processing fees. Plus express postage the total service is $119. And 4 weeks in still no birth certificate and no idea when it’s coming. It takes them just as long as if you were to do it yourself for $20. Contacting the state yourself. I would not recommend this service and I’d be happy to let people know that this is a scam company.

Still haven't received my birth certificate and it's been a month

I'm so happy with this website!!! Super easy and fast!!! I literally got my birth certificate in 1 week when I was expecting it in 30 days!! I was a little scared about it at first but it's definitely the best way to get your birth certificate thank you so much!!!!
