A scam don’t fall for it!
Kept seeing this lovely dress on Pinterest and thought I’d give it a go for my nieces wedding. It said delivery from 6-10 days yet it’s been two weeks and it’s never arrived. A total scam and I’m annoyed I fell for it.

Do not use this company. I placed an order in November 23. They say that it was delivered. Upon checking it had been delivered to a different part of the country. After confirming my address they say they sent it again. This time it ended up in Ireland. They say that they have sent it a 3rd time with a free gift - guess what ? Never delivered and no delivery details. No tracking number available - nothing ! They've been promising to send me a refund since Dec 23 and I'm still waiting! It was a large order with Xmas presents. I had to buy alternative presents and am still out of pocket ! Scammers in my opinion

Looked like a beautiful blouse so ordered XL... what I received wouldn't fit my Beagle. If I get a response I'll be surprised. The name Fastchics should have warned me. They got away with my money

I ordered and paid for an item over a year ago. Still hasn't arrived or been refunded

SAME thing happened to me. $200 order. Only received half. Total ugly crap. Spent $50 to return just to argue a point. After SIX months it came back to me. My emails to them go undeliverable now. Careful! They use many different names, not just Fastchics. If it comes from CHINA, forget it.

I didn't read the reviews first...duh. I placed a $200 order to take advantage of the discounts. Part came in and was total cr..p! I contacted them to return the order and cancel the rest. It was terrible to communicate with them. I paid $65 shipping to return it because "I wanted to make a point". Jokes on me. They refused the package and it came right back to me. I never received my refund for the items I didn't receive either. Can't believe I did this.

Do NOT buy!! I believe they are Scammers!!!! Took my money and only shipped part of my order. Tried for months to get my item but never got it. I disputed with PayPal and this horrible company tried to get me to stop dispute with PayPal claiming they would refund. PayPal rules say if you drop claim, you can’t reopen! Don’t fall for it. They then closed down their whole website!!!!!!!!!

Product not as advertised. Paid for expedited shipping but did not get it, two months of asking for my money back after paying to return items to China, refunded less than half my money BUYER BEWARE!

Worse customer service experience EVER! DO NOT order with them. The order didn't come and it was very difficult to communicate. Finally I cancelled the order, they told me it was too late to cancel as some goods had been shipped. Weeks later 2 of the 3 items arrived -- and very poor quality. I have never gotten a credit for the 3rd item despite multiple emails asking for it. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Very poor quality of products, and if you return, you have to pay postage and customs to CHINA! which of course they don't tell you on their website.

CLOTHING ARE CHEAP AND NOT AS THEY APPEAR IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT! IT IS A SCAM, DO NOT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!~ HOW DARE THEY!

The customer service department is a joke! You must pay for shipping and although it is shipped from New York it must be returned to China! The sizing is not accurate and they do not send all your items and then fight you to make it right!

Danger, Danger! These people are located in China and the clothing is cheaply made. The website makes it look like the cloth is embroidered but patterns are simply "stamped" on thin polyester. When I wrote to get my return started, this is the response I got:

"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).
Please note that customer must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

If you still want to return/exchange the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline."

Bogus - it says none of this on their website under their return policy...such a scam!

Very poor service and items ordered were poor quality, not as depicted on the website. Had to contact them to inquire why items reported sent had not been received even 4 weeks later. Will be returning two out of three items due to poor quality and am hoping to be reimbursed. One "scarf" sent was merely a piece of cloth in a printed pattern cut into a triangle and stitched around the edge. Nothing purchased was worth the cost. Don't recommend this company for any business at all. The pictures on the website are a scam.

CAN I GIVE MINUS STARS!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I ordered some fluffy knit gloves and instead what i received was some flimsy gloves made out of t-shirt material!!!!! WHAT A JOKE! CANT BELIEVE THEY THINK THIS IS OK!!!! They also took an entire month to arrive!!!!!

Do NOT order from this site. Their merchandise is pure junk. Description do not match actual merchandise. Clothes/shoes are all fake name-brands, shipping takes weeks . . . only to end up with stuff even thrift stores don't want. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

Took 6 weeks to arrive.
On item was OK, the other was a cheap imitation.
Best to look elsewhere to make purchases.

Please do not buy from this so called" company " rubbish clothes, unrelated photographs to items, no sizing,( ask for a small & you get a xxlarge) no customer service. It is about time something was done to stop this trading in rubbish, refusing refunds, no email correspondence
