My order was $125 I received 3 items it was Only5 items total I’m upset that they didn’t sent my stuff but I’m more upset that the stuff they sent is cheap , ugly n nothing like the picture on the site. next time before I order offline I will read reviews first Just bad bad bad 😔😔😔

I ordered a pair of painted jeans in Sept n just rec'd them today
11/14/19. I worried that they were lost in transit, n had no phone
number, address, tracking number, to help me. Finally I rec'd an
eMail to be able to track them; n even that was a nightmare.
I will NEVER order from them again, n you should not either!!

I just noticed that my security software advises me Fastchics might compromise my computer!

I ordered 2 garments. Paypal was charged quickly, but it took over 6 weeks for the first item to arrive and the second item has not yet arrived.

I did not expect the sweater to be as good a yarn quality as the picture but the one I received is terrible.

I complained and the sent me a form email which among other things, told me how to request a refund. I returned the information more than 2 business days ago, but have not had any response.

I ordered a few items over 2 months ago, I have not received anythinig, they keep telling me to wait and it will be dispatched soon. I think this is a scam, DO NOT order anything from this website!

Do not order anything from this company! The picture of the scarf and gloves that I ordered were of a knit (maybe felted) material with leaves (of same material) sewn on. What I got was a surged edge thin neck wrap/dickie with unsightly seams mad out of material like a thick garden flag, with the picture of the original scarf printed on it. I'm afraid to even send it back: I do not trust them to give me a refund and I'd be losing more money (on shipping).

Merchandise was cheap quality, not anything like the photos. Coat too much money to send it back. This was a SCAM. Do not order ffrom them

Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. Ordered 5 items in early September. As of November 11, only received two "mittens", made of polyester material, not knit. Have never received other 3 items and looks like I've essentially lost $60. Glad I didn't order more. Don't waste your money or your time. This is a consumer scam. What they do send you is very inferior product, you don't get most of your order, and you're simply out your money. This is why I usually order on Amazon, rather than directly from Chinese companies. Never again.

This is a money making clothing line for China!
cloth were miss represented, and of cheap quality. then when they don't work, the company offers to give 15% back because it costs so much to ship it back!

This company is a fraud. The items that you receive are not the ones shown/described on their website - if you receive them. I received only part of my order 3-4 weeks after my order was placed. Needles to say, they come from china

I wish I would have know this website existed. I placed a $150 order 4 weeks ago and have received 3 of my 5 items shipped from China. Items are poorly made and differ greatly from the website. Items appear much smaller than the measurements they provide. Customer service simply refers you back to their return policy which requires you to ship returns to CHINA after your email them. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!

Wow I was just about to order a sweater advertised on FB but happy I read the reviews first!!

This website and so called business is a total scam. They use pictures from other catalog which look appliquéd ,felted and layered. When you get the product, it is flat cheap printed material that is not even a 1/4 yard big. These "shawls" and neckwear do not even go around the neck. I have opened a dispute about my purchase of
$397, they have now scammed a non for profit organization that uses money from their Christmas Boutique for art programs in the school. Pitiful and they have no shame. I told them that I expected a total refund since they are misrepresenting their product. I was told if I did not accept their false merchandise, they would burn the merchandise and not return my money. This is a threat, FASTCHICS knows their merchandise is not worth anything. I wish everyone who has had this happen to them by this company would report to the US Attorney/and or Better Business Bureau.

I received my package yesterday, it was supposed to be a sweater. It was a photograph print of sweater on a cheap polyester fabric!! Not anything close to what I saw on the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASTCHICS. I am currently in the process of returning the item to get a refund. Let's see how this goes.
SO, the company is delaying in answering me with the return address details for the refund. They have a limit of 7 days to get that process going. I have to ship it back to China, which will probably cost more than I paid for it. So, I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company and PayPal as that is how I made the purchase. I have not received the scarf I ordered with the sweater and assume it will be made out of the same cheap fabric.

I should of known better, i usually look at company contact , usually there is a phone number, company address ect, this one of course had none which is what i discovered after the fact that i got an email saying my order shipped But it really hadn't, after days of it saying it shipped i tried to contact the company , which you can only do through email, the response was that my items were not in stock !! So how in the heck Did it send me me Shipping Info !!? I did not get 1/2 my order & what i finally got a month later was So disappointing, Never Ever order from Fastchics !

I'm working now to get my money back. I ordered 3 dresses, only two arrived. The material is so cheap and rough and ugly! The dresses look nothing like the pictures on their website. I contacted them about a refund and it took them weeks to reply. Their warehouse is located in Chino Ca. Getting my voodoo dolls ready for revenge! Watch out Fastchics!

This is a scam. Do not buy. They send you stuff that are not even remotely similar. They seem to be now operaing under WOTOBA FASHION STORE... same web site, same product...SURELY SMAE SCAM

Worst company i have ever dealt with -- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The photos are fake, and what you get in the mail after waiting a month is laughable. Not wearable. The cotton coat is basically an ugly felt bathrobe. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to return an item, the website won't give you the info and emailing them is torture in waiting for a response. Chalking up $60 as a loss and i will check this website before i order from any chinese company again. TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY EVEN A PAIR OF SOCKS FROM THESE CORRUPT BUSINESS PEOPLE.

I guess, I can only add one more bad review on top of what is already out there. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing an order. Yes, these criminals are there to scam you; they advertise one thing and send you a bad copy of what you thought you had ordered.
STAY AWAY .... it does not get any worse than this.

This company appears to be a scam. What they claim as Outerwear barely qualifies as a house coat. The coat was described as cotton polyester. It is thin, flimsy polyester with no cotton and looks cheap. When I sent a return and refund request via e-mail all I got was an automated reply asking for the same information I just sent. It looks like this will be my loss of $45.72.
