Had barely placed the order when they called to tell me it would be 20 minutes late. And to top it all off they forgot my silverware. Contacted them about this and they never responded.

Good for the fast food restaurants that don’t deliver around my area themselves, app can be glitchy and hard to make orders sometimes, delivery times started getting longer too than when they started but still good.
Delivery prices are a little high £5 and £1 handling fee in total for my area. (I live 2 miles from the restaurants.)

Thanks for the review Meghan. We are making multiple changes to the apps to make the ordering process smoother and easier. In fact, the Android version is out right now.
With regards to the delivery prices of £5 this fee goes straight to the delivery driver for their time and costs such as fuel, insurance, wear and tear etc. Paying less would mean we would struggle be able to attract good reliable drivers.

This review makes no sense to us? We regularly post interesting news on Facebook, and yes we don't intimately know each area but the posts are food related so they don't need to be area specific. As regards to rubbish choice, we only deliver from restaurants that don't already offer a delivery service. If the reviewer wants hundreds of restaurants to choose from can we suggest JustEat?

I never complained over little things like this but when it happens on every ocasion when i can evan order it gets annoying. Just dont offer a service that you cannot withhold! might aswell pullback where you cannot uphold untill you have sorted out. Great concept poor quality, service and unreliable

We always take constructive criticism onboard from customers, but on this occasion a bit strange as we cannot find any previous orders in our system whatsoever from this reviewer? We have been previously confused with another one of the large delivery companies so this may be the reason, however, we will still address the issues pointed out.
We are a small company that are delivering thousands of orders per month with no issues and we pride ourselves on a good timely and reliable service with pretty much immediate customer service. That said however we are at the mercy of the availability of delivery drivers which generally accounts for the unavailability of the service or slow deliveries due to backed up orders in busy periods.
Secondly, mistakes happen with orders, that's human nature. We generally try to resolve issues when they arise, and for the most part, customers are happy that we have responded and fixed quickly. Because we only deliver one order at a time, complaints about cold food are very rare, but missing items are something we don't usually find out about till later as our drivers are not allowed to open and check the contents of the bag for health and safety reasons.

ItsShite overpriced no link with the restaurants stick with Uber, deliveroo, Just Eat feel free to make your own opinion and use it if you want to pay as much as 40% more then what it will cost you to go direct there is a wave of these delivery services popping up on some occasions spending on your distance it would be cheaper to take an uber taxi there and back I can understand ethics delivery price but there is no need to how to markup on food

We have no record of this person ever using out service, but takes it upon himself to leave a questionable review asking others to use our main competitors who themselves get pretty terrible reviews (see deliveroo on Trustpilot). Yes we charge more than the competitors but we pay our drivers very fairly and we make a small profit on the food. the we also deliver and much greater distance than the competitors allowing people in out-of-the-way areas to receive fast food deliveries. Read in his review what you will.....
