Poor service and no goods delivered

Currently waiting for an order that was purchased 15 days ago and no confirmation on when I will receive it. 5 days delivery quoted on purchase, excuse being a move of warehouse yet still quoting next day delivery! I would not recommend this company at present.

Poor Customer Service - Shambles

Order placed wednesday 23rd October, next day delivery so should have recieved it by Friday 25th (Give them a grace period). No updates, rang switchboard for an update to be told I would get a call back, no call back. Called again Wednesday 30th October, was told they could see i was on a call back list and she would follow up. Got an email then saying the phones were down that's why I hadn't been called back. Did i want to proceed with the order? It would be dispatched in the next couple of days. Fast forward to today, still no updates or dispatch. We've cancelled the order.

Absolute shambles of a company, poor customer service, even a courtesy email or text would be better than nothing.

As some who deals with customers on a daily basis, this would not be acceptable for our company.

Would not recommend them.

ORDERED A MAKITA MULTITOOL FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE, AFTER FASTFIX HAD MY MONEY THEY SENT ME AN INVOICE SAYING DELIVERY WILL BE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS! (I NEEDED THE TOOL FOR A JOB I WAS DOING LAST WEEKEND) AND HAD TO LET MY CUSTOMER DOWN, AS PER OTHER REVIEWS, NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO THE COMPANY, ALWAYS PROMISED A CALL BACK (NEVER HAPPENED) YESTERDAY I RECIEVED A REFUND SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE MY ITEM IN STOCK!!!!! 10 DAYS AFTER ORDERING, LUCKILY I FOUND AN HONEST RELIABLE ONLINE COMPANY TO ORDER THE TOOL FROM YESTERDAY, AND IT WAS DELIVERED AT 10AM THIS MORNING.
MY FIRST AND LAST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH FASTFIX....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again,

Once again,
Fastfix have advertised an item as in stock when it clearly is not.
The classic delay emails about having a stock take causing the delay then the couriers.
It is not good enough and this company should be fined and held account for the blatant lies they are using.

We are very sorry for the poor performance Andy. The warehouse rearrangement has caused much more disruption than anticipated and all we can do if apologise for the mix up and delays.

We should be back to normal operation by the end of the week.

The good and the bad

The good, I ordered a Makita blower and accessories via the website and that I could collect next day from their Bristol outlet. The ordering process was quick and easy and the prices were very good (beating Amazon). The bad, when I got to the outlet I was told that I could have the accessories but all the blowers had been packed up and sent off back to their warehouse because the Bristol outlet was closing down and a new outlet was to be opened in Nailsea (where I had come from). A refund would be issued and I should reorder in a couple of days. Later, when I queried with CS as to when the Nailsea outlet was to be opened, the lady said she knew nothing of this and would get back to me. This hasn't happened but the refund has come through very quickly. The moral, always check with the store that the items are actually available to be collected. In the end I ordered the blower from Amazon with next day free delivery.

My experience buying the motorcycle was fantastic due to the quality of the bike itself. It offers excellent performance and comfort for long rides, which I really appreciate. The customer service was outstanding; the staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. The purchasing process was straightforward, and I felt supported throughout. I also love that the company engages with its customers through riding events and forums, creating a sense of community. Overall, I feel I got great value for the price, making my experience truly enjoyable.
