I still have not received my order even…
I still have not received my order even though I was told it was next day delivery and ordered within the time limits. Ordered Monday and as of Friday night still don’t have it even though it clearly is in the depot.

Customer service is second to none.
Fast fix have always been excellent in my experience. The website is easy to use, delivery is very quick and can be easily tracked. And to be able to speak to a real person on the phone when you need to without waiting half an hour is brilliant which is why I never buy Makita tools anywhere else.
