Stay away from this company, the price was increased as photos were not taken to give an accurate cost.
The owner was rude and very unprofessional, this company removed goods they were told not to, they increased the cost then tried to hurry the job which caused more stress as moving is stressful,

Wouldn’t recommend!!!
Quote was sent and I accepted to be told they didn’t have it!
Resent quote for me to accept it again with incorrect quote attached with another customers address details.
Resent it a third time to have incorrect house number.
Quoted accepted again, advising them it was an incorrect house number.
Week later asked me to accept the quote again, as they didn’t have it in their system!!!!
Decide not to go ahead with them due not having much trust in them with their multiple admin errors.
Owner Craig replied with… No problem we are more moving team not office people

Disappointing attitude for someone who runs a company!

I originally had a poor experience with Fast Removals on moving day due to an employee who let them down badly. That employee has now gone and Craig and James have shown me nothing but respect in their dealings with me since. They have apologised and made amends and I am sure that their future removal jobs will be handled as well as their other reviews reflect. I wish them all the best for their business moving forward.

I have used this company twice in the past few months . They were on time , agreeable , friendly and had a can do attitude . They worked hard and helped a lot going above and beyond . I would use this service again and recommend them to anyone moving house . A decent price worth every single penny . Thankyou so much .

I had to move my sister from France to west malling so contacted Fast Removals & installations because I used them before to moved me from london to west malling they were happy to do it for my sister she's happy about it so can't fault them I can only say that I recommend that company 100 percent

We booked these boys today to move us from Weymouth to Snodland. A price was soon agreed with Craig and i have to say we were a bit worried as we were living on the second floor and with no lift it was a nightmare. We didnt need to worry, our removal team of James and Dean were like watching a smooth machine running and our place was emptied in no time in a clean and caring manner. If you are thinking of moving don't look any further than this company, they are professional, polite and so hard working its a joy to watch. We approached Fast Removals after another company let us down last minute. From that moment I wish we booked with them from the beginning. They were great from start to finish. The team that came to help us move were very polite and friendly and very careful handling our stuff. A great family run business and a credit to their industry.

Ricky and his team made our move so effortless. The price was really good for the level of service we received. Ricky was really flexible with moving dates and really reassured us through the whole process. This company made my move very painless, for me the most important part was the instant replies to emails and txts no waiting hours for answers to queries, the guys too are indeed fast and efficient, they were happy fun and accommodating
