It's kinda funny to see fake review of more than 1 star here. FastInvest is purely scam site, they illegally withhold investor money like me by more than a year. I asked to close my account, because i have only "reserved funds" (aka withdrawal request since months) and available funds that they don't let me withdraw. I also asked them to close my account and get me back my money with huge discount (30%), still waiting for an answer. Don't put your money here, and i hope they will starve in jail.

I'm also one of the many who are waiting for my money.
I have been waiting for a payout since December 2020 (!).
Via email as a reason for the delay is that many companies slowly open again through covid and then slowly money comes in. Bla bla bla. Yes of course i'm stupid - not.
As long as I don't get my money back, this company is taboo.
Fastinvest - do your job. No nice excuses help here at Truspilot.

Requested several payouts starting from may. Suddenly all these payouts were revoked. Support is nowhere to be found. Onlinechat is always offline, phone number has never worken and their emails are simply rude and unhelpfull in anyway.

Stay away from Fast Invest

I was not able to make higher withdrawal, only 5.9eur (because of some crazy scheme of fastinvest).
Because of that I request more maximum payouts (only one per month, more times 5.9 eur) to reach limit to be able to payout all deposit, as chatbot explained me that scheme.
After login today, I find out that my previous requests have not been realized, money are back on my account (all received at the moment when I logged in), no previous transactions for payout in statement and now, I have again only limited amount for withdrawal (again 5.9eur)!
It seems that I will never see my money again...
Very bad experience. For example, when I requested money from mintos (request made in same period) I didnt have any problem and received money in few days.
As I am reading other reviews below with fastinvest comment that "Every request is processed in chronological order and yours are no exception." This is not true. My requests are lost (I have only email confirmations about them) and I could only speak with chatbot.

Fastinvest (slow/bad invest would be more appropriate) is not able to process a withdrawal request of 28.70 EUR (!) made on 01/02/2021. 8 (eight) months!!!
I already know their reaction: Covid-19 pandemic, what else....begging for patience. Pathetic and embarrassing!
Other withdrawal requests unprocessed:
28.80 EUR since 01.03.2021
28.94 EUR since 12.04.2021
28.99 EUR since 25.05.2021
29.00 EUR since 03.06.2021
29.00 EUR since 26.07.2021
Logical conclusion: they don't even have the money to buy themselves a cup of coffee, let alone transfer such a huge amount of money (29.00 EUR)!!!

To "fastinvest" kind attention: The above are for the record only, please refrain from your embarrassing/childish justifications.

Som så mange andre herinde oplever jeg, at jeg ikke kan få mine penge udbetalt. Jeg kan anmode om en slat af dem hver måned, og det har jeg troligt gjort siden marts, men der sker ikke noget.

Jeg har kontaktet deres supportlinje flere gange. I slutningen af april fik jeg at vide, de var i gang med at behandle anmodninger fra november. I starten af juni var de angiveligt nået til december. Jeg ved ikke, hvad status er nu, men da jeg loggede ind på hjemmesiden i dag, kunne jeg læse denne foruroligende besked:

"Our apologies for the delayed payouts ❤️
Thank you for your patience during the delayed payout process. We understand your concerns and frustration in the current situation. The delays are caused by the postponed payments from the Borrower. Together with the Loan Originator, we are investigating the situation and looking for possible solutions to resume payments. We are working on preventing this kind of situation to happen in the future and appreciate your understanding – we will keep you updated on the situation."

Ingen nærmere forklaring af, hvem "Borrower" er, men det burde også være ligegyldigt, for de penge jeg anmoder om at få udbetalt, er de penge der står på min Fast Invest-konto, ikke dem jeg har investeret. Der burde altså slet ikke være en "Borrower" involveret i forsinkelsen.

Jeg må konkludere, at Fast Invest enten:
1) svindler
2) har massive økonomiske problemer
... eller begge dele.

NB: To the Fast Invest employee who might read this review, don't bother writing another vague excuse. Whether or not your company have the requested funds in their possession, the very least you can do is offer up a concrete, verifiable explanation of the financial state they're in. The company's lack of transparency is only worsening the investors' distrust.

Sad to read all these bas reviews and comments. Ir seems that people forgot that true investment is not 3-6 month scalping. Patience is a must, so just be patient, at least I am. Killing reputation will not help

One big drama and waiting months for 5 procent payout. Shame on you stay away from this website!

It's a SCAM! You will lose your money. O have over 500 euros stuck at the platform as they are keeping my money hostage. I desperately need this money for SURGERY and I can not withdraw it. Stay away from them.

Do not invest using Fast Invest. Maybe their name says everything, they are fast taking your money and investing it but they will not give you your money back and they will give you 1000 excuses (covid situation, large amount of transfer, etc, etc, all non sense lies). I recommend you to forget about Fast Invest and use Mintos.

The problem I have is that I stopped all my investments and when I try to withdraw my money this is what happens:

- They limit the amount of money you can withdraw per month, something ridiculous.

- Even for these tiny amounts that they allow you to withdraw, they delay the money transfer and then they say they will compasate the delay giving you 0,000001% of the money, ridiculous too.

- I withdrew a tiny amount of money longer than 1 month and 10 days ago and withdrawal is still in waiting status. The nice thing is they are giving you 0,000001% so you will be rich when they pay you

For me, Fast Invest is a NO go for it. They have my money, they are thieves because they have my money and when I needed, they dont give it to me. Remember it is my money and I should have it whenever I want it, it is not invested any longer and I needed it, easy like that. If you dont give it to me, you are not a reliable company that we can trust.

In your web you say things like:

- The art of investing
- We ensure your personalized way to financial freedom with state of the art financial engine

All excuses and lies to keep our money, where is the freedom when I need my money and you keep it, limit withdrawals and delay transfer for months.
Art of investing ???? Yeah, definetely state of the art.

Do not use this platform.

I am going to take legal actions against Fast Invest, it is unacceptable that they play with our money.

Nowadays a money transfer takes less than 24 hours and there are millions of transactions carried out by bank systems so there is no excuse to give us our money.

Thieves, that is what you are.

If peer-to-peer lending platforms were put under stress why we did not see any change in way of working for other platforms like Mintos ? Maybe that means there is a difference in the way you work.
And remember if our money is not lended, there is no reason to keep it, we should have it available at any time we need it. We may be under preasure as well and we dont play with your money.

Fast invest sounds like a pyramidal system and we do not get our money because it is the money you need to pay other things. It does not look good at all, this will burst at some point soon.

All my loans are ‘paid back’ and I have made withdrawal requests (which have an unexplainable cap made by FI) for over 6 months. I have not received any of my own money back! I am starting legal action now in Lithuania. It has been a horrible and stressful ride with this company so far. Do not invest with them!!!

Absolute scam. Waiting for the oldest withdrawal from december 2020, so nearly 10 months now. Requested an account closure more than 2 months ago, also nothing happened. They claimed, closure would take 30 bussiness days. Of course not. Stay away from this scam company.

Despite the delays in making the payments requested by investors, Fast Invest continues to reply to my emails in a relatively short period of time (2 business days max.).
I have just received another payment, whose request was made last December. Despite having to wait a long time, this and other payments I received previously show that Fast Invest remains committed to meet its investors' expectations.
Even though other investors may think that Fast Invest may provide the same explanations over and over again, the fact is that their business was indeed affected by the pandemic, and there is not much more to add to that, besides reinforcing the commitment to process the payments to investors at the pace they are able to.
I am trying to be as unbiased as possible here.

The support system is a joke.Never write back.Just want out now.

They are not to be trusted.

Been waiting for payouts since December 2020 (9 months). Had to change my bank account this month, and Fast Invest says that I have to cancel all the payouts already requested and start over. It seems that I will never see my money again.
Update: After seeing your response... I have no words. I have 4 payouts pending. 15/12/2020, 08/03/2020, 04/05/2021 and 09/09/2021. Sent several mails asking to close account and didn't get any response.

Never, ever invest here. You can not get your money out. There is a 10% limit on your available money that you can withdraw, but they will not pay you anyway.

Been waiting for months now to receive my first withdrawal.

Bad communication, my guess is big financial problems

It does not stick however. Customers can only withdraw money that is available in their personal accounts. So money that is not invested. It should be readily available, if not, employees of Fast Invest took it for other purposes. Sounds as stealing. The money should be in the owners account for him/her to decide what to do with it.
Single sided changes of agreements does not solve the real problem here.

It is 3-11-2021 now and still have not received any money back from Fast Invest. They are working so hard, but still zero result for me.

This company is unlawfully retaining my funds. I requested for my account to be closed and my funds to be transferred to my bank account. All I got back was a repeated answer and no funds. Starting legal action against this company and expose them as they are.

No payouts, no communication, nothing. Blaming covid for not releasing funds. I have withdrawals pending for almost a year. Have sent various emails and not a single reply.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

All money shows as available but in reality it is not! Several withdraw requests done since December 2020 and none was processed. They don´t reply to emails and the live chat the only thing they say is sorry for the inconvenience and that they will report to the team to reply me (never got a reply). Not even the agreement they comply with (by the way they change it unilateral whenever they want). Requested to close my account in accordance with the 30 business day stipulated in the agreement, no answer!

Reply to Fast Invest answer :
First, Covid can not be an excuse for everything, it´s been already 1 year and half since all this problems started with you.
Second, you did not reply to my email about termination of my account and the 30 business days already gone.
Third, you say payments are done in order. So why i know people that asked for withdraws in Jan and Feb this year and already got the money when i am still waiting for my request from December 2020.
Fourth, on my account it says money is available, that is a LIE, because then i am not able to withdrawal it for more than 9 months and counting...
