I cancelled an earlier booking with another company having read it’s dreadful reviews. Fast Parking lived up to its excellent reviews. They were polite, friendly and did exactly what they said they would. I will use again.

When my flight was cancelled they called me and arranged for my car to be delivered the following day. Top notch service from start to finish. Will not use any other service now, thanks guys.

Second time we have used this Meet & Greet service & I would highly recommend them. Very smooth process & professional from start to finish. They called us when we had landed and were there with our car with only a couple of mins wait. 5 stars

First time using and was a little septical after hearing some horror stories about other companys, but please don't worry about Fastpark, everything went like clockwork from the moment I phoned to say I was running early to ariving at the car park and meeting the man who was waiting to take the car away, On return one phone call and was met by a man with my car engine running heater on, a very welcombe sight, Very pleased with the servise and will recommend to anyone wanting to find car parking without breaking the bank, Three weeks cost £154 Bargain.

Best valet parking we’ve experienced in years of travelling. Courteous friendly helpful drivers. Good price. Can’t be faulted. We will use them whenever we fly out of LHR now.

My 3rd time of using FastPark Heathrow and each time I have been very pleased with their service and will continue to use in future.

Our second time using a meet & greet service at an airport. After our first experience with another company left us unsure (the man was very rude) and we would be gone for 3 weeks, we were hoping for a better experience with FastPark Heathrow.
Very pleasantly surprised with the organisation, communication and courtesy of the gent who handled the collection, parking and return of my car. My car was returned exactly how I left it (other than some dirt up the side... to be expected when driving in the rain).
100% would recommend :)

This was our first time using FastPark at Heathrow and it certainly will not be the last. The service provided was outstanding both on the way out and the way back. We caught a kerb on the way into T5 and arrived in the meet and greet area with a flat tyre. The FastPark staff were calm and courteous all the time. They assured us that they would take care of the situation and insisted that we take our flight. After the failure of the AA to attend they organised a local mobile tyre fitter to replace the tyre. They kept us full appraised of the situation once we landed. Exceptional customer service.

Really excellent service. Called me one hour before I was due just to confirm we were all on track. Nice to have assurance that they were waiting for us. Drop-off and pickup went like clockwork at terminal 5. Will use again.

First time I have used fast park Heathrow, was impressed with the service on my outward journey I was running late due to traffic on M25 they phoned me 30 min before and told me to phone when was 10 min away they came to departure to collect the key, on return they phoned I was in baggage reclaim. 5***** all round

I have used FastPark Heathrow twice now! Do not be put off by their competitive pricing. They are a professional, courtesy company. They attempt to pick up & drop off your vehicle in a speedy manner (remember they are also at the mercy of the traffic conditions). Drop off can be a bit confusing, still not sure if I should've parked in the short stay carpark, or the drop-off area (Where I did on this occasion). Driver soon turned up & returned a few mins later having left my phone plugged in the centre consul. No issue made regarding having to return.

Based on reviews we booked with FastPark: good move! This was our first meet and greet and it was a great experience. Staff helpful throughout and quick to answer the phone. Met immediately on arrival and car brought round on our return without delay. Costs are extremely reasonable and it really takes the hassle out of flying. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Very prompt with drop off and return of car at Heathrow. Very impressed with service especially as price was so reasonable.

Great company! So professional and helpful. I had concerns at first but they were brilliant. They collected my car on time and contacted me just after I landed to deliver my car on time,which was in exactly the same condition as I left it. Will most definitely be using them again.

Excellent experience all round: Great service (the equal of 'official' services we have used), friendly people, everything done to time, contacted me by phone to confirm timings, change of flight return timings no problem and sensible prices.
Would book again.

I’ve just used FastPark again for a 3 week trip abroad in June. My new VW camper van was met by the valet driver on time at Terminal 2 Deparures (after they’d called me by phone en route to check my arrival time several times) and was returned to me on time as arranged at Terminal 2 Arrivals in July when I’d cleared baggage claim. This is such a seamless service!

I used them last year for 2 separate trips abroad from Heathrow with similar seamless excellent service. Their pricing is very reasonable for the service provided, and similar companies seem to charge far more.

Very professional. Polite, smart knowledgable staff. Collected the car from the car park at Terminal 3 as agreed, on time, and delivered it back to us within a couple of minutes of us leaving the terminal upon our return.
Great prices that include the airport parking/drop off charges.
I would thoroughly recommend this company.
