Fantastic service, both ways. Paid £153 for 3 weeks. Drop off on departure and pick up on arrival were spot on, they even called US when we were in baggage reclaim. The car was returned clean and no surprises on the mileage. Will always use when flying from Heathrow now.

The second time I've used Fastpark and I'll not use anyone else. Not only were they on time on both departure and arrival they also washed the car! Not sure that's normal but a nice extra. I have no issues with their offsite parking either, my car has a built in Geo location system that I can log into and it see where its parked. First class service.

Used these guys in February 23 for the second time. We flew out from Terminal 4 Heathrow, and back into Terminal 2, and none of this was a problem for them. They collected the car within minutes of us arriving, and on our return they called me when I was in the luggage hall just to say they knew the flight had arrived and would be there shortly after I called to say we got our luggage, which they did. Excellent service, will definitely use again.

Excellent service. They contacted us on arrival of our flight. Minimal wait for car in short stay car park. Staff very pleasant to deal with. We'll definitely use them again and can highly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Used FastPark Heathrow for the first time last month so was initially apprehensive, they collected my car promptly and returned it within minutes of our arrival, even cleaned the car. Highly recommended and great value. Will definitely use again, thanks very much.

It was great service both on departure and arrival we did not had wait for someone to be there. Both times driver was there to pick and drop the car off. On Departure I accidently went on floor 2 of T2 terminal at Heathrow instead of floor 4 . They driver to floor to pick the car. Price includes your parking charges at Heathrow.

Disgusting company and we will never use Heathrow again, charging £140 for one week's parking when Gatwick and Luton and including Stanstead are £63 checked at the same time and no matter when you book it, it's the same cost, so I have checked this morning as I did with Heathrow, so no excuses, avoid avoid avoid this horrible airport, disgusting attitude to rip people off, we will be mindful of where we travel and avoid this airport in future, never again.

I researched for a while trying to find a good deal on 30 days of parking, and read lots of bad reviews from various companies. In the end I just had to take a chance and chose FastPark Heathrow.
It turned out to be the best decision I could have made, and my experience of them is first class.
I made an error with the booking which was a day too short, I emailed and they corrected it very promptly without a fuss. At drop off I rang in advance to let them know I was on the way, and as I was approaching the terminal they called me to guide me in to the correct area. It was so simple they video'd the car gave me a receipt and I was on my way to departures within minutes. On return I'd just got through customs and collected my bags, but as I picked up my phone to call, they rang me to see if I was on the way. The car was waiting and I was greeted by a friendly agent who gave me the keys then even went and bought the exit ticket for me as I loaded the car and all included in the price.
I could not fault them, excellent service and excellent price and made so simple, just what you need after a long flight home. Thank you FastPark

Fantastic service. Easy to reach on phone at arrival and departure. Very good at time keeping and being patient when we had a delay at the airport with no extra waiting fees.

I have previously used the main parking companies and was stunned when I looked this time and saw the costs seem to have risen dramatically. I came across FastPark while doing a google search and was initially a bit sceptical because they seemed very cheap and although they had 5 star Trustpilot review there weren't very many reviews. I needn't have worried. They were fantastic. They were where they said they would be, when they said they would be. Very polity, courteous and punctual. The fact that they pick up the car and drop off the car at the airport, which is a major extra cost for other companies, made life so much easier. They didn't even complain and charge me extra when I arrived back a day later than I had stipulated due to an error on my part. I cant praise them highly enough and would definitely use them the next time I fly from Heathrow. Hopefully they wont have raised their prices too much after all these fantastic reviews

I was skeptical of booking this company for my weeks holiday after seeing the prices were significantly cheaper than the usual carpark companies I use. Also all their reviews seemed to be 5 star, which was slightly unnerving!
However, having now used them I would happily reccomend them to anybody flying from Heathrow. The valet collected the car a couple minutes after we arrived, and were waiting in the short stay as soon as we came out of departures. It was so simple to jump in/out of the car and not have to faff around with transfers and buses. They even rang me ahead of drop off and collection to ensure all was okay. They were also accommodating with a last minute Terminal switch from the airline.
Would absolutely use again.

Left our car with FastPark for over a month while we were away over the summer and have nothing but praise for the quality of the service.
Not only was the cost significantly lower than competitors, there was a personal touch when we were greeted at the airport for both our arrival and departures (both of which had delays) with the guys from FastPark genuinely invested in giving the best possible service.
I will always use this company in the future and would advise anyone looking for Heathrow meet and greet parking to look no further,

Fantastic service, dropped the car off at the car park next to the terminal. There was a slight 10 min wait for them to come and check over the car, but still worth doing as much quicker than getting a shuttle bus in from other car parks. When we returned they called me to say they had kept track of our flight and the car would be in the car park by the time we got there from baggage claim.
Will definitely use again.

First time using this service and it was excellent. Travelled from Heathrow for 4 weeks, returned today. Excellent communication, including a terminal change prior to departure. Drop off and collection procedure quick and easy, phoned the number when we had collected bags, the car was there within 10 minutes. Very professional, polite drivers and very good price. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Quite disappointed. They had all the details of my flights and return flights. I texted them as my plane was taxiing to the terminal but they contacted me to ask for my flight number! Long story short, I ended up waiting nearly half an hour before they turned up with my vehicle. They apologised profusely and told me they give me a partial refund.....im still waiting 6 weeks later

Amazing service. Quick to pick up the phone when you arrive in both directions. Extremely reliable..they were with us within 10 mins of our call to inform them we had arrived. All the staff were friendly, polite and courteous, even going to the trouble of knowing where we had been and asking how our trip at been. Highly recommend.
