I've purchased Card Studio 2.0 and had…

I've purchased Card Studio 2.0 and had nothing to confirm the order via email (even though the website order confirmation said I'd receive an email 'within the next several minutes'.

I've also not had any activation code through via email. Have contacted support who said they'd sent me the activation code again and still nothing through. It's not in spam and it's not blocked. My email address is correct as I'm receiving the support emails without issue.

Not very happy with the service at all.

I am unable to use any of my credit…

I am unable to use any of my credit cards to place an order for ON1 Photo RAW 2025. It has taken FastSpring a long time. They have finally stated that the problem was resolved, but it has not been resolved.

Didn't try to resolve my problem

I was having trouble processing a payment on a sale item. I tried several times and called my bank to see what was wrong.my bank said the transaction was approved on their end but was getting kicked back for some reason. I reached out to Fastspring who said it was due to something on my end. After verifying it wasnt, they suggested I use a different form of payment and closed the case. Absolutely awful customer service.

We email FastSpring to sign up our platform (Yoors) and get started with our products and we receive an email saying they can't support our business. No explanation. The only tools we offer on our site are tools that improve content creation process for our content creators that post blogs, stories and photos on our site. We receive an email back saying they can't support us. No explanation why and we're completely baffled. We are just a site that are looking for a payment provider. After that we receive an email to rate our experience on Trustpilot, so here we are happily writing a review for you.

Editpad Pro

I bought editpad pro They claimed to have a three month guarantee. Editpad pro does only the BMP instead all of unicode. I complained. They did not react Friday. They did not react Monday. Tuesday I emailed their reseller. The reseller had it resolved within half an hour.

Freemake Video converter

Recently had to request support and instructions on how to reinstall a program of Freemake video that I had purchased and lost because I had to reinstall windows 10 which wiped out the program. With their expert advice and simple instructions, in a timely matter they help me reinstall the program. It's a super program, easy to use and well worth the price.

Very Poor Customer Service , they dont reply to emails or call you back

im yet to sign up with fast spring going through intial calls with them , ive emailed them multiple times and messaging a contact of theres on linkedin too and they just wont return your messages, we had a call booked for 2 weeks ago on a friday but fastspring did not attend the call and only informed me many hours after the call they wouldnt be attented very poor service this hour i had spared for fastspring i would of given to a customer had i know you was not interested in doing business with us.

FastSpring offers ApplePay as an option but can’t make it work

I was trying to buy an audio plugin from a company that I have gotten other free plugins from and ApplePay wasn’t working to make the purchase. The company reached out to FastSpring to see what was wrong and their response was “ if Apple Pay isn't working there are plenty of other methods such as Amazon Pay, PayPal, and regular credit/debit checkout.” So basically FastSpring can’t be bothered to make a service they offer work correctly. To me it sounds like they don’t really know what they’re doing, and don’t seem to care about it one way or another. I’ll never buy anything from any other company using them because they seem pretty shady and less than legitimate.

I bought a product through ON1 where you were responsible for the payment... you then send a message that a subscription has been created... on your page it says that this is a subscription that is updated automatically... you have a button that says "cancel subscription" BUT this is NOT possible... a pop-up appears for a few seconds saying "subscription may not be deleted" and after almost a month it has not been possible to delete this subscription, which I have never asked fore, because this was a one time payment. and it is not fair that you hold some form of blanko cheque to be able to withdraw amounts from my account. this is NOT okay. - ON1 has just today told me that they will delete it... your company and ON1's choice of FastSpring, has ruined the experience.
