The service was very good. Just a slight problem with my wife getting results that was resolved quickly.

It was an easy and fun appointment. The ladies who checked me in and took the swab test were easy to talk to and very funny. I couldn't have been more relaxed.

Unreliable service. Wrote the wrong date on my results. Almost missed my flight home. Did not send my friend results at the guaranteed time (midnight). Do not use this service.

Received a false positive test that almost had me grounded from my flight to St Martin. Had no symptoms at all. Went to another lab the next morning and review e negative result. Can false positives happen? Yes, but they have no procedure for review or retesting and no way to contact for help after the fact. Not reliable!

Paid 149$US, I did not receive the results in time. Waste of money. Do not use this service. You cannot reach them and they won’t refund you, they just don’t care. Look at google review, the responses they give shows the lack of respect.

Flights were cancelled. Emailed to cancel tests and to get a refund. They do not respond. Scammers. Have called my cc company to reverse the charges.

Took a Covid test at Aventura on Xmas day- stood in a parking lot line for 1.5 hours - once in, the office (a rented hole in the wall- sign 1 this was a scam) had a makeshift desk to sign in - literally a home made podium from shelves and boxes- sign 2 this was a scam. The gal took my name and didn’t give me anything like a sticker or paper that would identify myself (sign 3 this was a scam) for tracking. Sent me to another gal who swabbed my nose and sent me on my way- sign 4 this was a scam. Was supposed to get results in 30 minutes- didn’t, sign 5. Looked for a customer service number to call- the website had a phone number and WhatsApp address/ neither worked- signs 6 and 7 that this was a scam. I called American Express a couple weeks later when I got home to atleast reverse the charges. This was a scam!!!!!

Extremely poor service. Doesn't answer calls, emails, and chat. They just want your money doesn't care about their customers. Scam! Avoid don't waste your money and time. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Seamless. We booked a test and submitted request on new years eve before realising that we needed to change date and upgrade. Chatted with someone on whatsapp who had all changes made and email confirmation through next day. No overlong queues at Miami Beach and staff were friendly and helpful. Received results on time too. Worth the money. Thank you

Missed my flight. Took a PCR test for $149. They promised results guaranteed next day at 11 pm and got it just when my flight was leaving. I was up all night trying to communicate to the “24/7” WhatsApp support line”4 someone replied at 1:21 am “sent it”. Never heard back until 6:50 am but it was too late. The customer service representative argued that had sent me the results numerous times including 1:21 am but he lied. Don’t want to mention the unanswered calls that did to the mobile phone.

If you read all the reviews, you can see a trend or poor customer service and care. UNRELIABLE service support with an outstanding marketing strategy and information system. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. You risk missing your flight and/or paying for another test.

Total scam, don’t book here they don’t answer any communication method.

I wish I could give it a negative star or two. The appointment process wasn't bad. Showed up on time and the staff was okay but not friendly. I was assured that the test I signed up for Rt-PCR would be delivered by 11:00 PM the following day. I was traveling to a country that required a PCR test within 72 hours or an antigen test within 48 hours. I wanted the larger window in case of delays or cancelled flight. I was scheduled to depart early in the morning following when I was guaranteed to get the results. That didn't happen. I had to rebook my flight for $140, miss a day at the resort. Since there was no response to calls or e mails I had to go to the airport, Pay another $65 for the test, $9 for parking and wait 3 hours to get the test. The results were ready in 30 minutes and handed directly to me. Oh, how I wish I would have done that in the first place instead of the stress and expense this put me through. My PCR results finally arrived after 6:00 PM the day after they were promised but are useless since I had already gotten tested by another company. Absolutely NO confidence in these people and they shouldn't be in business if they can't do better than this. I am sure I will never hear from them with any type of apology or any attempt to make it right. There are other much better choices out there. Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Learn from my mistake and find a better, more reliable company to get your test done.

You cannot get an appointment until you pay. Paid for an appointment at 3:30 pm on a Sunday. Arrived 15 minutes early, to find a line 1-1/2 blocks long. Stood in line for 3 hours before getting to the front of the line. When receiving results, the report showed the time of the swab as 3:35, when it was actually 6:15. They are pathetic! If possible, I would rate this a minus 10. You can sit in your car for this long and get a free test elsewhere.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and uncaring. The staff was rude, nasty and refused to give me the service I paid for; they also laughed in my face and cancelled my appointment because I questioned why I had to wait an hour when I had an appointment and had already paid for my medical service. I had explained to the staff that I need to take a test in order to go to a funeral in the Bahamas. I missed my flight and was not able to attend the funeral. The staff had no respect for me or death. I would not recommend that anyone go to this location/establishment and I will tell everyone about my horrible experience.

They are over booking covid testing appointments and have people standing in line for hours!!
They have the nerve to charge )74 and up but you still have to wait forever.
So an appointment doesn’t matter!!

Too bad 0 stars were not offered. Myself and 2 other family members went at the same time and were guaranteed results by 11pm. This was very important b/c I had taken an at home rapid that was positive the day before already so I had a feeling my PCR would be positive but even so, i needed to send an official lab test to hotel to get a refund/credit. The timing was very important b/c my son was supposed to fly out the next morning to meet us for the trip if i tested negative which was why we paid for the same day results! My husband and daughter did get their negative test results at 10:45 pm same day - but i received nothing. No email, no communication of any kind and nobody to contact! We were forced to change my son’s flight at midnight to the following day to buy an extra day to try and get my results. After hearing nothing back re:my emails etc. by noon the next day, I had to book a non-refundable very $$ 1 hour pcr w/another co. While driving over to that test i finally get the link my results are in - 1pm the next day (13 hours later). My results were + as we had suspected, so we turn around and cancel our flights and submit my positive covid result to hotel as requested. BUT, 2 hours later, i oddly get another email notification, this time lo and behold my results are negative?! No explanation or communication of why the sudden change in my test results - very suspicious and too late anyway! Which one to believe and were my results altered? Stay away from this co. - there are many better and more reliable/trustworthy ones!

It took over 17 hours for my results which I was told would take 30 minutes. I tried calling 20 times and the phone number went to an answer message that said the inbox was full. I tried to WhatsApp and that link came up with an invalid QR code message. I sent a Facebook message and an email and no one answered my messages. If I was flying any sooner than I did I would have missed my flight because they were so late in sending me my results. I’m appalled by the lack of service Fast Test Now provides their customers.
