I needed a PCR Covid19 Test and was very impressed with the service this company provided.

Do not come up with the result the same as they guarantee on the website. Do not react on email chat telephone or whatsapp. DO NOT GO HERE

Highly rated on Google wonder why not here. I came here with my family to get tested for our trip got results in 2 hours.

Went here to get the PCR tests done. We were promised on the phone and by the person taking us in to do the tests that we would get our results by 11pm the next day. Results were NOT delivered as promised. I had to email and call repeatedly the next morning just hours before our flight to get them. Guarantee was broken and they just shrug it off because it’s part of their terms of agreement that if they take longer, oh well. You’re out of luck. Too bad.
Get an amendment separately in writing from them promising the guarantee.

The only reason they get a star is that they provided us with the results in the end. However, this was not at 11 pm but the next day around 6 AM.
Please do not count on the results to be on time and I would look elsewhere to get your PCR test. It is a shame they advertise with getting the results by 11 PM if they do not deliver. People need those results for their flights, flights do not wait for the results to arrive!!

We did receive answers to our emails but no results only that there was a delay and the results would come in "shortly". It was a very stressful night to say the least and after threatening to get my money back at 5 AM (after setting an alarm to have enough time to book another rapid PCR test elsewhere), I received the results an hour later.

Only book with them if you do not have to have the results on time for a flight! The testing itself went smooth and without an issue.

I wish there was a “Zero” star to give. I scheduled a same day result and paid $199 for a next day flight. I never received the result the next day. I called and called and they kept telling me check result in 5 mins. I ended up missing my flight and changing it to the next day. I called them and they keep sending me to VM. I went to the office and an employee called the supervisor and told me he will refund me the money or I can wait for the result. I was extremely disappointed because they don’t deliver what their website states. If you need a covid test for next day do not do it with them.

I booked an international test a week ahead of time to ensure it would fit with my plans. Two days before the date I get a text telling me the time I booked (and was confirmed) was not actually available they were closing at 1pm that day. Worked it around and changed the time. When I arrived the receptionist was polite just not really organized but the man doing the testing was beyond rude. There are 3 of us waiting (2 different parties) and he just says come on - no names, nothing so I waited until the party ahead of me had there test then he just says “come on” still no name used. He starts digging around looking for the right swab and finds his last one. Provides no directions as to what to do just snaps at you when he is ready to swab to put the mask back up and then says just pull down from your nose. Takes the swab then starts a conversation there are now 4 of us in the area plus the receptionist and he starts saying there all negative. None of us know what we are to do or who he is talking to so I tried asking him about my results and what or how it works. He then tells me he is not talking to me and that rather than eavesdrop and interrupt I need to not assume he is talking to me as he has people he has to get results to in the guaranteed 3 hour window. He was rude to all of us and could not give anyone any personal attention. I mean honestly could he of not used our names at all. Could he not spend a minute after the test to tell us what happens next. He was quick to tell me that he has excellent reviews and many repeat clients. Let me tell you go to another location other than 6504 Carrier Dr, Orlando FL. His customer service was non-existent. I would do some research and see if there is someone else out there that can do the test.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We needed a test before taking a cruise. They were clean, professional and the test results came in 15-20 minutes as promised. The results came via email so we went to FedEx to get the printed copies we needed for the cruise line. No problems.

purchased the next day by 11 and nothing came, tried to call and went to a voicemail that had a full mailbox. The phone number inside the lab area is disconnected. Buyer beware..... this causes you massive stress as if you need test results to get on your flight don't count on them and go somewhere else

**update** called again the next morning and spoke with someone and they emailed me my results. Still in my opinion not worth the stress

The service is terrible. We pay by Rt pcr 179 usd for next day. We were charged 249 usd. The employee said that it is not ready next day. When they sent the exam, they sent it wrong. They sent an antigen test. We couldn't travel. When we complained, they sent the result altered by a test that was not done. We paid more and nothing was done. We asked for a refund and the answer we got was: “ If you have a problem then go ahead and dispute it with your bank👍 have a wonderful day “

I had my pcr test for international travel I had my results before the time I was told and I was helped by Viviana Valencia she was very helpful even if I was 90 minutes early they all we glad to help I would use this service again

Everything seemed as expected until it came time for the results. They did not arrive by 11 PM on the same day as promised. Their website both 24 hour service but when I found out that they had miss printed the dates and had 2001 as the date on all of my documentation, I could not get a hold of anyone by text, call or email and ended up misconnecting my flight. Pricing is good, but pay more and go to a reputable company. Inaccessible. Spelling mistakes in my results. Dated 2001. No apologies for the incredible hassle.

I have serious doubts about this testing facility. Results were provided late and they were different than expected based on other testing. Specifically, they provided results late after I paid for same-day PCR results (by 11 pm). When I called the next day I was transferred to somebody who said they would look into finding the results. Soon after I received an email with Negative Results. However, and this is a big deal, I tested positive the day before and I was using Fast Test Now to confirm the results. After getting a Negative from Fast Test I had another test two days later that was previously scheduled. The result was positive. I let Fast Test Now know that maybe they sent me results in error or that for some reason I had a false negative from them. They never returned my calls or replied to my emails. I subsequently had a third PCR test that was again positive. Eleven days after symptoms appeared I finally tested negative. FWIW, I was vaccinated and my symptoms were mild. If it was my lab I would be concerned about false negatives. Also, I would refund customers when I didn't provide timely service as promised. Beware. You have better options for testing

I only went to their website. I'm a Canadian who might need a covid test between 2 cruises. I saw that they want me to pay even before they give or show a specific location. So I went to the "Authorization and Consent" page and started reading. It's so poorly written that I decided to google some reviews. Glad I did. I'll look somewhere else. Would be nice if a reputable business catered honestly to travellers in a similar way. So far, I've found none of that.

Dishonest!!!! DO NOT get tested there...told them we were travelling back to Canada no one bothered to tell us we were getting the wrong test...had to get re-tested at the airport almost missed our flight

I don’t recommend Fast Test Now. They are scam artists. First they quoted me one price on the phone and then they charged me 50% more online. I signed up initially online but I wasn’t sure what time I was going to be able to make it so I didn’t pay and I went to the location. They made me sign up and pay even before I had a chance to talk to them about what I needed. I ended up signing up for the wrong test and when I realized I asked them for a refund. They refused because they claimed they had no cancellation on the same day policy and that I had signed up and had agreed to the terms. After I hesitantly took the test because I realized I wasn’t going to get my money back or be able to dispute the charge, the woman told me that they couldn’t find the name and then realized it was because I had signed up for 3 days later. So in essence they could’ve given me a refund but they hadn’t even bothered to check when my appointment was scheduled. She also proceeded to tell me that the test was going to show positive for Covid antibodies because I had already been vaccinated. They never asked me before the test if I had been vaccinated. Then she tried to sell me another test for the price difference of the one that I had taken when she knew that I had already taken the other one somewhere else for less money. She tried to convince me that the other one would not be acccepted for travel when she didn’t even know where I took the test. Overall it was the worst testing experience I’ve ever had and I felt completely scammed. If you can go somewhere else for Covid testing, I would highly recommend that you do. Stay as far away as you can from this business. They have no business ethics whatsoever.

The website fronts a respectable business, but 1) their locations are in shady areas (i.e., makeshift office spaces); 2) the person collecting the sample doesn’t exude confidence or credibility; 3) the sample collection process and how they provide results is questionable — they supposedly offer a 30 minute turn around on PCR tests, which need to be sent to a lab. I don’t know of a single lab in the US that can receive, test, and provide results that fast. It takes you longer to walk back to your car in this area so I highly doubt they’re providing legit tests. The results they provide seem so easily forged I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re already under investigation by the commissioner. I expect they’ll end up on the front page of the Miami Herald in a few months time if not earlier.
Don’t do business here and don’t let their Nigerian-style website advertising scare you into thinking you need to spend hundreds to travel back home. Go to CVS. They’ll do it for free and get legit PCR results back within a day (and they’re logged with the state’s testing database so you know you can trust it).

My wife and I had an appointment on Sunday May 9th at 10:55 AM and 11:15 AM respectively to get a Fast Antigen Test for travel purposes at the Collins Avenue location, Florida.

We got to your location earlier than expected, given that our plans changed unexpectedly. When we arrived and asked the lady at the counter if she could wait on us given that we were earlier than our appointment time, she proceeded to make it a point to convey how put out she was and that she was going to have to interrupt what she was doing. To that, I replied ¨I don't understand ¨, as in I do not understand why you are telling me this, and her response was a defiant, ¨What don't you understand? ¨. I told her I understood what she was saying, I just didn't know why she had to point this out to me. At this point my wife said what bad manners this lady has, and then the attendant proceeded to get more defiant, now threatening to NOT wait on us, by saying I do not have to wait on you now, I can make you come back at your scheduled time, is that what you want?, and repeated that several times, is that what you want?

Under normal circumstances, I would have walked out of that place and had a few choice words for this lady, but given that we had already paid and that we needed the test for traveling, decided to go ahead and get the test. However, I believe someone in your organization should know what kind of employee you have waiting on people.

I still do not understand why such horrible treatment, and why convey how put out she was that we had come early, given that there was absolutely no one at this location (we were the only two people there). I have to say, we have never been treated with such disrespect anywhere in the world.

I hope this email serves you to provide better customer service and to choose your staff more carefully. The attendant clearly has no desire to treat customers with the respect they deserve and should not be in a position to provide customer service.

I went yesterday to get my PCR test. I was bought the option that delivered the results the next day by 9pm as the latest. It's 11pm and I still haven't heard from them. They are not answering emails, WhatsApp or phone calls. I have to catch a flight tomorrow at noon and now I'm afraid I'm likely to miss it. Even if they do send the results first thing tomorrow, which is doubtful at this point, I'll have spent a terrible night stressed out by this unnecessarily. If you cannot deliver, you shouldn't promise. There were many alternative services that I could have picked. Unfortunately, I went with them because they were the closest. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
