If I could have chose 0 stars I would

If I could have chose 0 stars I would. We prepaid for a parking space and when we arrived we were told the lot was full. “So sorry here is a list of places you could try”. Without time to drive around the city we resorted to parking at the airport strapping us in at the daily rate. Had we known we could have paid for parking at the airport at a lesser rate. When we called the company to get a refund they asked for a receipt for the airport parking fees. We emailed the information and heard nothing for days. After a second call we were told that we would be refunded the original price and nothing more. After asking why the required the receipt for the additional cost we were told that it is for their records and to no benefit of ours. The difference came to $72. I asked if it would be cheaper to pay me what I lost because of their service or to have yet another bad review given. Sadly I did not see the many bad reviews this company has before I booked with them. Their response was basically “go screw, there is no one here with the ability to refund what you paid, take your original payment refund and have a nice day.” Do not use this company!!!

Horrible

The lot is sketchy and unorganized. Ok, for the price I'll deal with that. They held the shuttle for drop off until it was full, literally waited to fill a single seat for 15 minutes with larger parties waiting. The worst part was trying to get the shuttle to pick me up. I called 11 times, each time it went straight to voicemail. This was at 7am. After trying to get through and leaving messages, I Ubered to the lot. The attendant asked why I didn't call, so I called right in front of him and again it went straight to voicemail. He laughed it off with a "sorry boss." Spend the extra $20+ you'll spend on an Uber to get your car and park somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PARKING COMPANY!!!
I booked, prepaid & received a confirmation email for my reservation but when I arrived to park I was told that they would not take my car because they overbooked. The staff there was completely rude, disrespectful & unprofessional, they straight out said to us “ What do you want us to do, this ain’t there problem “ then as far as a refund I would have to contact the company to get my money back. We had to go to multiple parking places because a lot of them were already booked including the one they referred till we found a open spot & had to pay them. We nearly missed our flight do to all of this. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

It says all over the advertising that…

It says all over the advertising that there is 24 hour shuttle service. They don't say except in one small place that the shuttle only runs once every 45 min. We were parking our car in full sight of the driver, and he left, so that we could not make our flight by waiting 45 min for him to return and another 15 min to get back to the airport. The person who checked us in suggested we go elsewhere and just call to get a refund. Yet our calls were to no avail. They kept a full week of parking and will not honor their own directions. Do not use these guys!

Edinburgh Airport fast track hopeless worst experience ever

This was the worst experience in my life,arrived today 2am Paid fast track
Was with grandkids two is autistic had landyards on fasttrack guy said there not allowed to ware them in airport another uneducated moron.My daughters were allowed through took me an hour had to join queue.car park miles away,do not pay this rip airport

Again no human to speak to. Just looked at reviews horrendous.make sure you a plenty petrol a signage is again hopeless.car was supposed to be photo checked on return a complete joke.Stay well clear of these muppets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parking nightmare

Arrived at lit with prepaid reservation. Turned away. Lot full. Staff rude and unhelpful. Place looks terrible. Pavement broken and full of potholes.

STAY AWAY

We booked and prepaid for our parking - there were no signs/address posted so the place was was difficult to find.

When we called the number, a man answered and I told him that we couldn’t find the place, he asked if it was Payless Parking. I said no, Fast track airport parking and I’m calling the number from my confirmation email. He was super rude, gave directions to the office (which isn’t even an office), said he had work to do and hung up.

When drove around a bit more and determined that we were exactly where we were supposed to be and called the number back again.

When he answered, I said: we’re here, he said that the lot was full, our booking was cancelled and that my credit card was refunded.

I checked my credit card, no refund processed.

We ended up parking at the airport and had a very stressed out morning trying to deal with parking our car and catching our flight.

Great

I purchase a groupon 6 day pass. I had no problem using the pass. My stay was for 7days so I just had to pay for an extra day. Overall a great experience.

the parking lot is nothing but a huge…

the parking lot is nothing but a huge collection of potholes. HUGE. this problem has not been fixed in past 2 years. I arrived and got out of my car and the bus drove right by me and never came back. 7 minutes later when no other buses had comer thru the parking lot I called the main number to ask for someone to come pick up myself and the other 4 people that were waiting for transfer. She responded quickly and was friendly but I really should not have had to call her nor should I have to drive in the potholes. Also when I booked my reservation I could not use my frequent travelers points=---=-website did not give me that option.
