Fine for Domestic not International

This parking lot is the cheapest you’ll find that’s not a hotel parking lot. It’s fine if you are staying domestic, BUT, if you’re going to the international terminal, it isn’t a good choice. They say they have a shuttle for the international terminal but they really don’t. They say they’re “short staffed” and then drop you off near the Airport shuttle in the domestic area that takes you to the international terminal. So you have to plan to arrive earlier and take two shuttles. Same upon return, even if you call the office, they’ll intruct you to do the same. Just pay the extra $30 for a better parking lot. But if you’re staying domestic...it’s fine.

a lot of pot holes

a lot of pot holes, the driver that picked us up just sat in the van did not help on her phone. I was traveling with a 4 yr old and my mother and oldest son had to do everything. Very poor customer service I will not return.

After calling Fasttrack upon arrival at…

After calling Fasttrack upon arrival at the airport I waited over an hour for someone to pick me up. I called several times and the person answering the phone assured me someone would be there in 15 minutes. I finally had to pay a taxi to take me to my car and pay $40.00 unexpectedly. I had a terrible experience and will never use them again.

I only have experience with Fasttrack…

I only have experience with Fasttrack and one other airport parking facility. Based on the prior experience, Fasttrack left a lot to be desired. The website was very difficult to understand and maneuver. The online ticket purchase process didn't work properly so it had to be done manually. Thank God for the customer service professional that answered the phone, who was able to do it manually.
The parking lot was filled with pot holes and there was no covered option. I was not pleased at all.
All of the people that I encounter, from the initial call to the van drivers were all very helpful and professional. That was a bright spot and I appreciate their efforts under difficult circumstances.

A customer since 1997

The roads within the lot are awful. I was afraid that I was going to get a flat tire. Too, too many potholes. The drivers do pick you up quickly and are very polite and helpful.

DOES NOT GO DIRECTLY TO INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL IN ATLANTA

Called Fasttrack to verify that they went DIRECTLY to the International Terminal in Atlanta and they assured me that they did. Once I parked and got on the bus, they informed me that I'd have to go to Atlanta's regular terminal and then ride another bus over to International terminal due to "lack of drivers" that day. I said I understood.

Upon arrival back into the United States at the International terminal, I got on the Fasttrack bus once again and was informed that they couldn't take me directly to the lot and would AGAIN have to take me to the regular terminal to board another bus and then from there I'd be taken to the Fasttrack lot to my car.

Bottom line: I've been using Fasttrack for over 20 years and service has deteriorated yearly and I do not appreciate being misled about where they can or cannot drop you regarding the International terminal in Atlanta. Will NOT be using this facility again even though I have tons of free parking days to claim.

I've never had a problem as a customer…

I've never had a problem as a customer of Fasttrack. They are my primary parking vendor I use when I travel. Ive never waited more 5-10 mins for the shuttles to pick up at their location or at the airport.

Bad customer service it was pouring…

Bad customer service it was pouring down raining and the shuttle bus driver pulled up to Shutle 1 and i got out of my car and ran to the bus while it was rainin just for the driver to tell me I can't get on because he was dropping off and not picking up. Thats unprofessional on so many levels especially if its raining and a customer is already wet thats not the way you treat a paying customer what so ever.

We love Fastrack/Avistar because they…

We love Fastrack/Avistar because they have the best value. The shuttle buses are new and very nice and the employees have always been polite and professional. The parking lot itself needs to be re-vamped: lots of pot holes🙁 We have never been worried about leaving our vehicle here even getting home past midnight .

The price is good but having to wait…

The price is good but having to wait for the return trip is the sacrifice. Then when the shuttle finally arrives, there are so many people waiting that you may not be able to get on. Thus the wait continues.
