The wait upon my return was long and …

The wait upon my return was long and the phone number that we called (that was listed on the card) was a recording that offered no solution other than to wait. Everything else was good. I would use their service again.

Disappointing

Upon entry, the lady in the ticket was care less. Poor customer service. Driver who drove me was great! Very kind. When waiting for the bus when I got back to Atlanta airport was a disappointing experience. I had to wait 30-45min for one bus to show up. Meanwhile, we all kept seeing your competitors back and forth every 5-10min. While crammed in a bus because I refused to wait any longer, I had to listen to upset customers and incompetent airport employees throwing fits. The driver was great and took every bashful hit. He really should of not dealt with it and should of left the ladies out on the street. One of them kept saying she has the managers # on her cell and she was going to report him. I hope that manager is reading this. That driver did nothing wrong. But incompetent customers like her and her friends ruin everyone else experience. There should be rules for customers that choose to act that way, should be banned from your services. Finally, made it to my car, so glad it was there and safe.

I arrived a day early than my scheduled returned flight and didn't receive a refund for the price difference; although, the clerk stated I would.

You should not advertise on Groupon if …

You should not advertise on Groupon if you are not going to accept their vouchers. Why provide a phone # to call if you are not going to answer or return messages. The lot is very rocky, in need of repair, but for the price it can be overlooked. The Shuttle and attendant personnel are pleasant and helpful. Overall service was good, but the Groupon issue must be fixed.

Best price, great experience

We parked our car here for 10 days and had a great experience with the company. A shuttle drove right up to our car almost immediately after we parked and unloaded our bags. The drive to the airport was short, and the shuttle driver helped us with our bags. After our return flight we only had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle to take us back to the lot, which surprised me because our flight didn't get in until after 11PM. Our car was waiting safe and sound when we got there. There was a mix up with our reservation payment and when I got home I realized we'd been charged twice, but a quick call to the company cleared everything up. I had a refund in less than a week. Overall we had a great experience and this was the best price I found for airport parking.

I use to come on Sunday until I was …

I use to come on Sunday until I was turned away for not having made reservations. Then oneday I did overtime @the airport and my car stayed over night, left on Tuesday...someone truck had got stolen but the lady that was at the booth said I could have parked their but would of paid 5.50 . So a reservation was NOT really needed which that lady at 6am could HAVE
mention that but chose to turn me away.

The drivers were very professional and appeared to look after the cars. I was sitting in my car and had left my suitcase outside the car. A driver came up to get the bag because they thought it was left and I really appreciate them looking out for me.
