I came across Fast Track Pest Control on google and was impressed with what I had read in the reviews, so decided to use Fast Track pest control.
Paul came and assessed the problem and was able to ascertain that there was no bird nest and informed me of the best solution to avoid this happening again. He was able to fix my vent with anti rodent proof steel wire.
I found him to be very professional not just in terms of his conduct but his knowledge of his field too. Would definitely use him again in the future, if I have any issues that need to be resolved.

Details: We had a problem with squirrels in our loft. After finding Paul on the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) I was very impressed by his website, his activity on social media and across the board 5 out of 5 reviews.

Paul was polite, conscientious and respectful throughout and, importantly, he followed all the COVID requirements on every visit. He kept us fully informed about what he was doing and why. He sent me a report after each visit and, when necessary, came out at short notice.

He not only resolved our squirrel problem but also carried out the necessary repairs to prevent the problem recurring.

After discovering I had an unwanted guest when I found a chewed up crisp packet and droppings in one of my cupboards.
Fast Track Pest Control were recommended by a work colleague.
I phoned Paul up who was polite and asked me some questions to find out what we were dealing with and said he could come the next day. After looking around under the plinths and behind the appliances, he laid some traps under the cupboard and around the area, keeping the traps discreet and also discovering the nooks and holes where it could've got in (it's amazing how smaller hole a mouse needs). The next week when Paul visited the mouse was found in one of the traps, but Paul was finished there, he offered to fill in the areas where the mouse would be able to get in (I'm useless at DIY).

I discovered I had a rodent infestation having heard scratching about in the loft and in the garage.

I went on the to BPCA website and found Paul's website. I sent an email with my concerns at 9pm on the Saturday night and got a reply within 30 minutes with an appointment at 0830 the following Monday morning.

Paul arrived 0830 sharp on Monday morning and did a thorough survey of the house. He discovered that the rodents were mice and strategically laid traps throughout the house. He found their entry point which I was then able to fill. He came back the following Monday and found seven mice in traps. He reset them and left them again for the week. When he came back all of the traps were empty and we had heard no rodent movement for at least two weeks by this poibt. A great success.

Paul is polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I would have no hesitation in contacting him again if I had further issues. His prices are very reasonable, even more so than some larger pest control companies. Further to this, payment is taken after treatment rather than before.

Paul has effectively dealt with 2 rodent problems at my property. He is very methodical in his approach and makes every effort to assess and deal with likely ingress of rodents to prevent future problems as well as using multiple methods to trap or otherwise deal with them.
