So if you buy a car from Crystal motors just make sure your old agreement is closed before you leave with a new car. When I try contacting them is just excuses every day so Crystal motor was a very bad experience for me in all aspects. No stress free for sure.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with Crystal Motor Company.
I purchased the Ford Fiesta ST (SD20 YSN) and was told it had a brand new genuine Ford turbo fitted due to a boost issue. Despite being told I would get given a receipt for this, I was never provided with any receipt or proof of this. From the very beginning, the experience felt dishonest and unprofessional.
On the very first day of owning the car, after only around two hours of driving, the engine management light came on. I returned the car the very next day and was simply told it was “just a sensor issue” and nothing to worry about, and that I could continue driving it and book it into my local garage. Clearly, this advice was completely wrong.
Just a few days later, the car went into limp mode, thick smoke started pouring from the exhaust, and there was also a rattling exhaust valve issue. This was obviously far more serious than “just a sensor.”
When I returned the car to Crystal Motor Company, along with all keys and the log book, the problems only continued. It took weeks of constant chasing through emails just to get my deposit refunded. After that, it took even longer for them to settle the finance with the finance company, again only after repeated chasing from me. Even after all of that, I still had to push for the log book to be put into trade so my name was no longer associated with the vehicle.
The entire process was stressful, exhausting, and handled incredibly poorly. Communication was slow, customer service was unhelpful, and there seemed to be very little urgency or accountability from their side. After reading other reviews, it appears this is not an isolated experience but a common pattern.
I would not recommend Crystal Motor Company to anyone. Extremely disappointing service from start to finish.

Delays in refunding following legal rejection of vehicle
Recently, I purchased a Jaguar XF Sportbrake from this dealer. When I viewed it, there were a number of quality control issues, including inoperative air conditioning, cosmetic defects unacceptable for retail value (sorely curbed alloy wheels), and an overdue timing belt. I was assured that all of these issues could be remedied for me to collect the vehicle within seven days.
I was then told, shortly before the agreed collection date, that there had been an issue obtaining the required parts for the timing belt replacement. Therefore, the collection was to be delayed for three days. I waited patiently, but the vehicle could not be sorted in time. Therefore, I waited a further week until the vehicle was ready.
Two weeks after agreeing a price, the vehicle was ready. Upon collection, I did receive a friendly and efficient service. However, when I drove off the lot, it was readily apparent that the alignment had become out of spec since I test drove the vehicle two weeks prior. No explanation was offered how this had happened, but I was assured that the expense of having a four-wheel alignment would be reimbursed immediately upon supply of a receipted invoice.
The next day, I took the vehicle to a local garage. When they inspected it, they reported that multiple wheels were out of spec; one wheel so much so that it would not register on their scale. While the toe of both front wheels could be adjusted, the mechanic would not adjust the rear. I was told this was too risky as the components involved had become so corroded that, in his view, the worst-case scenario is that the part would snap, and this would render the vehicle undriveable.
Then, two days after collecting the vehicle, a very noisy rattle from the engine had developed. I consider that this may have been related to the recent replacement of the timing belt. When I referred the video to the dealer, I was immediately instructed not to drive it. I was told the vehicle would be collected on a trailer to be returned to Crystal for repairs.
At this point, I lost confidence in the vehicle and I invoked my right to reject the car. I was offered other vehicles to replace it, but I didn't feel any of them were suitable for my needs, nor within my budget. The rejection was accepted, and Crystal made arrangements to collect it. Two days later, their agent arrived to collect the vehicle.
Under section 20(10) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a trader must provide a refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of agreeing that the consumer is entitled to a refund.
Despite multiple chasers, Crystal motors provided the refund two days late, according to the above legislation. Their explanation was always that the matter was "with accounts". Being without the price of the vehicle at £16,995 and £77.95 for over two weeks had a major impact on my finances, and Crystal didn't seem to empathise with my position.
The fact that Crystal did not refund me without undue delay and over the statutory 14-day period caused me considerable stress. I had got to the point where I had engaged my own legal advice, as I was uncertain whether I would be refunded at all!
The icing on the cake, the air-conditioning still didn't work (although this was the least of my concerns).

Amazing experience. I went into Crystal to purchase a car a while back now. The staff were immediately very helpful and the atmosphere was phenomenally friendly. I was incredibly impressed by how in detail the staff were about the car and having taken a beautiful Audi out for a test drive I was sold immediately. The car ran wonderfully and was in amazing condition. I purchased the car around 2 months ago now and I have recently had a call from a lovely lady named Louise. She called to check on the Audis condition and ask for any questions or concerns. Not one problem with the car and it’s running fantastically. So happy with my purchase and the staff have made me feel so secure in my purchase and looked after. Big thank you to all of the staff at Crystal Motors!! 100% would recommend to anyone interested. Beautiful cars at a great price!

I bought a Jaguar XE R-Sport from Crystal's which after a week or so a few issues came up. The coolant needed re gassing, Crystals paid for this to be done. A warning came up for brake pads to be changed, Crystal's paid for this to be done. The exhaust had a slight rattle sound, Crystals did a 196 mile round journey to collect the car, fixed the exhaust fault, washed the car added more fuel to the car and had it returned the next day. Although a few problems with the car came up, it's good to know they will look after you and you can trust them to fix the issues. I will be buying from them again.

Deceitful and not honest

After reviewing paying deposit was able to investigate car service history which revealed only 1 service done in the last few years, didn't want to proceed with purchase any despite promising multiple times to refund my deposit (finance person was ill, the refund had to be ok'd by the board of directors) never received payment
