I bought I lovely car from Crystal Motors. I was treated like family. I was given all the time in the world to sort out payment. Louise, her Dad, and little Daughter kept the dealership open to so the sale could be completed. I am so grateful to them and know I will go back to them for my next car. Thankyou all, left feeling blessed.

Complete Cowboys 🤠 Shocking experience with this company, Do NOT trust, we secured a car and arranged on multiple occassion to go and test drive, with a view to purchase, excuse after excuse as to why the car was not ready, the saga went on for 3 weeks, they then called 24hours before we had been due to finally pick up to then tell us, there had been a fault, and that the could not sell the car and thet where sending the car back to the vendor. This was a lie, as some 2 weeks later the car is back up for sale at an increased price, very deceitful and not the way to do business with reliable cash buyers, steer clear. Jaguar F Type NA15- Only given 1 star as we can't give 0

Very disappointed. We brought a audi a1. It was my sisters dream car for many years. We'd had excellent service until 5 weeks after purchase the car went into limp mode. Had it diagnosed and the dpf was full of ash and soot. Messaged crystal automotive and was told the warranty didn't cover the dpf but they were happy to get involved in the repair bill when the diag was proved. Sent the exhaust away for professional clean and sent the diag and bill over to crystal. Took them a while to reply with a nonsense email. Then ignored completely. Appalling company service and feels like we've been stitched up with this car. Be wary about purchasing from this company.

Back in December I bought a Range Rover from Crystal Motors that was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately nobody’s fault I had some clutch problems so I got back in touch with After Sales “Louise” who explained it should still be under warranty and with No question or Hassle I have took the car back for a few Days and is all fixed 😊 Very Happy and recommend 100%

Sold my car to Crystal Motor Company through Motorway and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The guys that collected it were very polite and after a quick check and test drive to see everything was in order they contacted the office and all the transactions were sorted within a few minutes. They made sure that the V5 and funds had all transferred before driving away. Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of working with Crystal Motor Company to sell my cherished Volvo (via Motorway). The communications were quick and clear; they turned up promptly for our pick-up appointment; they dealt with me fairly in surveying the car and adjusting the offer to deal with things that just had not showed up in the Motorway survey; payment was exact and very prompt as was the completion of all paperwork. All in all, a very pleasurable experience. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Cannot fault them at all. After multiple bad experiences searching for a car and feeling really deflated, I was just about to give up until I found a car they had in stock which I really liked the look of. From enquiry to handover, I was looked after and listened to. This was one of the smoothest processes of changing my car I have had. Adrian was lovely and I am really grateful for the time he spent keeping me in the loop and going through the whole process. The car I bought was absolutely immaculate and exactly as described. I had a really great deal done with my part exchange as well. I can’t recommend them enough. I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone for your help in getting me in a car I absolutely love and cannot fault!

The response to my initial enquiry from Adrian was really friendly and efficient. Unfortunately he was unable to arrange finance for me. I had an alternative finance company in place but Crystal Motor Group is not on their approved list so I couldn't purchase the car from them so couldn't proceed. No problem, it happens, BUT I paid £100 'refundable' deposit on 11th May while Adrian looked into getting the finance which I haven't had back. Have chased repeatedly and now having to go through Visa to get it back. Nobody returns my calls. So, on the basis that they are interest in the sale and nothing else, I imagine any aftersales issue would be ignored, I would absolutely avoid them in future.

Honestly such a wonderful and easy experience. Clint picked me up from the station in Northampton which I found super nice and helpful. The car was waiting under a sheet which they made a mini-presentation of by unveiling and presenting me a bottle of bubbly. They also protected my cream leather interior for no additional cost. Honestly no complaints and the car seems to be in tip top shape. Thanks again to the team :)

Without a doubt the worst second hand car dealer I have ever dealt with!
I purchased a Porsche Macan from them last year and they knowingly lied to me about the condition of a car and they covered up the issues with the car. When the issues became apparent a week later they refused to honour their obligations. I dealt with the boss's daughter Louise and she was very polite during the sales process but once I expressed that I wasn't happy with the vehicle and wanted to return it she became very rude and unprofessional and took ages to reply to my calls and emails. Crystal motors rely on the fact that many people will not take them to court in order to resolve the issue.
I would warn anybody buying a car from them to apply the principle of caveat emptor and make sure you have videos or written evidence of everything you rely on because crystal motors will deny all liability if anything goes wrong.
Judging by the reviews I can only assume they are bogus or that the majority buyers of their cars have got lucky and have not had any issues with the cars.
