I called out this company during lockdown because of pests in the garden. Paul arrived the same day and observing all appropriate guidelines, was able to offer expert advice and assistance.
After 3 visits the issue had been rectified. Throughout the treatment and consultation, Paul was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in heartedly recommending this company to any future clients. Thanks again Paul

Paul was excellent. Extremely professional, very thorough and explained everything he was doing throughout. The problem was drastically better within a few days and solved within about a week!

Paul was readily contactable and able to come out to us the day after our plea for help :o) Swiftly and professionally sorted our mouse and ant issue. During this time of Covid 19 he practised social distancing and wore appropriate equipment at all time. Happy customer!

Excellent service from Paul, called as we had an issue with certain bugs in our house. He was here the next day and treating the issue. Local council was at least a 4 weeks wait! We contacted Paul because of an ongoing problem with birds nests in our chimneys. Amazing service from start to finish. He was very reliable and kept us informed throughout. He also carried out extra work on our cracked chimneys and sent before and after pictures. Would highly reccommend this service, and would definately use in the future.

Great service from start to finish. Issues all dealt with fast and effective, fixed all defects in my brickwork around the property stopping any future problems, even had all the drain covers up fixing holes in there too.

Paul came round to my 86 yr old mums house at short notice just after Christmas. She was worried she had mice. He did a very thorough search of the house and identified that is was likely to be a rat. Mum was terrified but Paul was professional and reassuring. He laid traps and bait and caught two large rats. He identified where the rats got in and recommended blocking these up. He put mum at ease and visited weekly to check for further activity. I would recommend Paul and his service to anyone.

Paul was able to come the same day I phoned. In the phone called he explained how many visits would probably be needed and the charge per visit. I described the noises in my loft and he made a thorough examination of the loft, explained the problem to me and what the treatment should be.
Paul is very knowledgeable, courteous and explains everything he is doing - and leaves no mess!

Had an issue on going for a while and had contacted other pest control companies who hadn't been able to attend. Thought I’d try another and so pleased I did on a friends recommendation. A great professional service from Paul, he came out further than he normal would as we were in need and he kept us informed at each stage of the treatment. Called on a Sunday evening as we heard noises in our loft previous few nights, Paul came round next day which was brilliant as we didn’t want to wait not knowing what was going on above us, unfortunately we had mice, but within 3 weeks it was all sorted. He even found the hole they were coming in and sealed that too. Haven’t heard anything since. Fantastic service.

Such a great service we received, just going to go into a bit of detail on this review as I want to underline what a fantastic job Paul completed for us. We had a big job involving pigeons under our 20 solar panels on our roof. They had been there for a few years nesting and breeding and we were unable to enjoy our patio because of the constant mess and smell from the pigeons. We had tried a few things in the pass, spikes, wires, none of which had worked. We had also a few quotes in the past for various different solutions but the price was very high. It was getting pretty bad on the roof this summer and we decided to try again and found Paul and very pleased we did. He came round, surveyed our panels, sent a very reasonable quote for the work involved. We agreed the work Paul managed full scaffold build and now all our panels are proofed correctly and no pigeons are able to get underneath and nest, which has now been clear for a month. Cannot recommend him enough, very polite and professional. Thanks so much Paul - top stuff.
