The couriers are friendly but the service overall could do with some improvements. Seemingly take forever to process parcels and things sent via them never seem to arrive on time.

Fastway courier was used by EVRI for…

Fastway courier was used by EVRI for what was meant to be an easy package delivery from UK to Dublin. It was reported delivered with no picture to prove it. Customer service was awful to deal with and do think the package was stolen by the delivery service.

the worst!!!

the worst!!!! ordered a package from ASOS and they used fast away, I've no idea why. I received a confirmation email that the package had been delivered and signed. It had NOT and it's virtually impossible to get hold of a customer service agent to find out what happened.

total joke

total joke , always having an issue with this company and we have had a train wreck with this parcel only a domestic delivery.driver took 6 days for actual deliver to a buisness premisus.nobody answering a phone in portarlington and driver wont answer phone to another hub that we did get help from.every excuse each day but anyway i couldn't run thier service down enough.keep clear for your own sanity.

fastway --- myway

The company name should change from fastway to myway. New Company policy the customers need us we are the gods who know how to send their parcels, we expect our customers to be available 24/7 as we rely on them for our business. We will stretch us far to deliver your online orders heck if no one is home we will deliver it to your nearest neighboor even if he's 100km away by the way we will not notify you of this event you can guess it not?

I myself would be awfully ashamed to work for this myway company.

Bad service.....

I phoned my order company today and advised them against using this courier company. The first time the driver gave my parcel to the wrong address. When I complained to the driver next time he brought a parcel to the door as I could not reach fastway by phone. He admitted he gave the parcel to the wrong house.

As this was in the same week, he went over to this house to try to retrieve the parcel to no avail. He promised to have a word with the order company and I was refunded. Regardless, this was painful because all the items in that order had sold out!

Just yesterday, I got an email to say my parcel was delivered. But non of my neighbours have it. Again some of the items in that order even if i get a refund was sold out from black Friday! I cried because these were special items.

I have been Intouch since and they have not got back to me via email. You cannot contact them over the phone.

They are a very bad company. When people make orders, the parcels are special to them. But this company in my experience treat these parcels with with such levity its unreal!

I hope they close down and let better companies who actually treat individual parcels with respect and care do the job. Companies who will get the parcel delivered correctly to the address.

Very very upset!

It says the delivery was attempted

It says the delivery was attempted, which is untrue. I have no missed call. This seems to happen every time fast way are suppose to deliver any parcel. It is beyond unprofessional to lie and accuse the customer of providing wrong details, or deflecting the blame to a technical difficulty. My contact details remain the same. From what the norm seems to be delivery won’t occur for another few days which is despicable since I have paid for delivery.

I am so disappointed with this company

I am so disappointed with this company! Ordered a hair wand in November, got no email or anything to say it was delivered. 10 days later I contacted the seller directly who said she posted out the week before, said she would be in touch with couriers. Phone call from Ruth in enniskillen branch to say driver says he left it at front door, described house. Not my house! Driver called 2 days later told me he left it at neighbour across the road. I had to contact her, she said she never received it. Phoned back to Ruth she said this will have to claims leave it with me. So after sone time hearing nothing I got in contact with fastway only for them to tell me I should have made a claim to seller within 28 days. They were really unhelpful and I’m fuming. I’m now out over £80 for a hair wand and also paid for delivery which driver admitted he didn’t deliver to my house!!! Can’t describe how much anger I feel for this company!!!

I tried to give 0 stars, but the programming will not let me do it. Unsure of the actual day the parcel was "delivered". We think it was the 11th of November, the reason being the parcel was thrown over the side entrance wooden gate and had lain in the alley in the rain and dirt for who knows how long. No warning that it would be delivered, unlike DPD, who have a great tracking system, down to the hour in which the delivery will be attempted. It was purely by accident one of us was exiting the side door that it was discovered.
The bag that was made of tough plastic was torn. This was the second time the same thing happened.
I thought it was just a one-off bad delivery driver, but reading the other reviews of this "courier" company, this seems to be the norm!
Either their staff are untrained, or perhaps so under-underpaid that they do not have any pride in their work.
So please check which courier company your seller uses, and if it is Fastway, find an alternative seller! For your own peace of mind.

We were awaiting a delivery of bikes…

We were awaiting a delivery of bikes from Sports Direct, scheduled for yesterday. Nobody turned up or got in touch with us. It still didn't arrive. No phone number or chat to contact them. Children are sad and disappointed.
Next time I order anything online I'll make sure it's NOT being delivered by Fastway.
Absolute joke.

Edit: Five stars for Ms Nichola Geraghty, the Customer Service Executive for fixing my issue. Apparently the order is due to be delivered today but did I have to raise hell on earth to make them find it?

Drivers are pathetic

A fastway courier decided to use my front garden as a turning circle! Drove ove the brick edge and across the grass damaging the brickwork and grass!!! Absolute balloon, especially as there is an actual turning circle a few yards up!!! They weren’t even delivering to my house, but if this is the care they take in their van and of peoples property, I can’t imagine they’ll give much care to the parcels they are delivering!! No number to be found anywhere to call the depot to report, no option to contact on social media, so I had no other option other than to rate on this site!

total scammers saying item was delivered when it wasnt. have CCTV no delivery made or attemped.

will never use a company who use fastway couriers. Police will be informed and a copy of CCTV sent to them

Another delivery

Another delivery, another complaint.

There is no effort or care taken by the drivers to ensure that the package they are delivering is going to the correct recipient.

I get the impression that this company feels like it is doing us a favour when in reality, we are overpaying for this “service”.

Looking forward to spending hours trying to get through to someone in the hope I will be sent an image of where my package has ended up.

I have tried my best to avoid anywhere that uses this courier service but unfortunately Flannel’s misleading website did not make this clear!

Item stuck in depot somewhere - no update!!

Ordered a dress for a wedding - fastway received it last wednesday and there has been no update on the tracking since. it is sitting in it NI East depot supposedly. I have contacted customer service through their online email (no number available) and i havent heard anything back. Appalling customer service and in future i will be checking what courier my supplier uses. This isnt the first time this has happened with fastway. i am just waiting for confirmation that my package is 'lost' - seems to happen an awful lot which makes me question what controls/safeguards are in place in this company.

Complete disaster experience!

Complete disaster experience with this seller. I ordered 300€ of perfumes and never got them! Delivery guy called me to tell me I should pick my order at nearest Centra store parking lot because he was " Too busy to bring it to my address".
This was third time same thing with "Fastway" delivery courier. As he hang up on me I went there and waited next to his van for 15minutes. btw I am a heart patient and have back problem but I went anyway in my flip flops there.
After 15 minutes guy came and I asked him why wouldn't he deliver it to my Eir Code, on my address, I didn't manage to finish, he started raging and insulting me on nationality level even tho he was from Romania as he mentioned and in his moment of insulting and rage he took the package that contained 12 big perfumes and dropped it on my foot!
It was heavy and my toe got smashed. He took off leaving broken package on the street and me with smashed toe. No confirmation, no signature, nothing. I couldn't breath and my chest started to cramp so I went limping back to my apartment to take my heart spray and medication. After some time I went back there to take the package of the street but it was not there anymore.
I contacted the Perfume Click and explained the situation but they refused to make any action and especially to do any kind of refund and told me to deal with the courier.
So I didn't officially got the package on my address, I have no delivery confirmation nor did I give any signature, I have smashed toe along with my medical condition and I just lost 300€.
Like I said I ordered before with them smaller things and had same issues. This is the last time and I strongly suggest non of you order from them ever again. They could have also take my money and never send anything. I still don't even know if that box contained real products or I was scammed. But for this Fastway courier I have no words really. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. Not delivering on the address and being rude, insulting, verbally and physically. Driver is on Kilkenny city area, Ireland.

If I could have left less stars I…

If I could have left less stars I would. They said my parcel was delivered today however I have been in all day waiting and nothing I have tried to find contact numbers for the one in Antrim and nothing and now they expect me to wait days on a reply that will probably not come I spent a lot on the items I ordered for my son and these people think it’s ok to just leave my parcel god knows where and have no way to contact them to find it DISGUSTING DISGRACEFUL HORRIBLE COURIERS

Do not use! Totally unreliable!

For the second time my Sports Direct parcel was not delivered to my address! The last time they just left it with a neighbour, not because there was no one in but because they were too lazy to drive to the next house and see our number on the pillar!! They dropped it off with a neighbour with no number on the property so they never even checked to see what address they were at!! We do not have this problem with any other delivery company!
