I’m getting fed up with this company! Every time I’ve had to contact them, I have to follow-up and come to find out the information was wrong. It took 4 or 5 emails to get the hex nut size of the rear tire. Why?
On top of sending an email with a video link regarding a clicking noise coming from the front wheel on Friday, then following up today, AND leaving a voicemail, no one has responded. If I had known this was the type of customer service I would get, I would have NEVER purchased from them.
They have no desire to help or keep there word they have ignored me constantly after selling me a defective, dangerous product. And they refuse to take responsibility for any complaints filed they shift blame on everyone else seems like the the most unprofessional greedy people to do business with beware and smart before considering buying anything from them
This company is a complete fraud. I placed an order, credit card was charged, and received a notice that the order was shipped. Several weeks later, there was no additional information received, and the tracking number sent indicated that the number was unknown. After numerous emails to customer service, no answered phone calls, several voice mails not returned, I sent new emails cancelling the order and left new voice mails indicating the same. After three weeks, I was contacted saying their communication system had “glitches”, however they didn’t say why they didn’t answer the phone nor return VM’s.
They wouldn’t refund my money, even though the scooter was never shipped. I challenged the card through Citibank (who has been worthless as well), and the vendor came up with a new lie. Fast forward to June- no scooter, no refund, more stonewalling from Fatbear. I will have to pursue through litigation. Do you really want to chance this with a new order?
