Very helpful high street store
Very helpful high street store, took our order for home delivery with specific instructions to not deliver before a certain date. Totally ignored and delivered when I was away. Product was fine but why oh why don't you listen to your customer ?
My suggested alternative at the time of ordering was to collect from the shop, but this is not supported ! Why not ?

Trousers too tight
The corduroy on the trousers was marked by the delivery process. The short size was too tight. If I could have tried them in in store it would have saved the time a delivery to find they didn’t fit. I don’t see why the amersham branch cannot stock some short/petite clothes. However the store refunded my money easily and without problem.

No fuss exchanges!
Four shirts ordered online were too big so went to nearest FF shop where 3 were immediately exchanged and the 4th was reordered and delivered to my home, all without fuss.

The assistant in my local branch was really helpful as I couldn't work out which was the best size of sweatshirt for my grandson: I was very undecided and she helped me make a suitable purchase.
I was very pleased with the quality of the clothes and my grandchildren are delighted with them.

Excellent service. Bought 3 items online and unfortunately they didn’t suit or fit me properly. I don’t like returning items but decided to take them back to our nearest store and they refunded the money there and then. The sales assistant was lovely and so understanding about the reasons the garments were being returned,
