I love a bargain
I love shopping at fatface weather online or in store always quick and easy to use and fast delivery. This time I ordered two dresses and a cardigan as they had 20% off.
If I shop in store I usually shop in Banbury and everyone is so friendly and helpful

Friendly and polite staff in store
I visited the shop and found staff to be friendly and polite. I tried on a dress and found that a couple of buttons were missing from it. Although I was offered a discount in lieu of the missing buttons, I felt that I couldn’t have made it look like new myself. So I bought it online instead and it arrived in perfect condition.

Great quality, as always
This is my third long cardigan from Fat Face. The others are still in perfect condition and I wear them regularly. This one is just as well made and I’m sure I’ll be glad of it as the weather cools down.

Went looking for a dress for a wedding. Lauren was most helpful in assisting me choose a style which most suited. The store didn't have my size in stock so Lauren arranged for it to be delivered by post. It arrived on the 24th and I am well pleased with it and the service I received!
