Friendly helpful staff at Beverley
Although the national online ordering system failed to inform me about the arrival of my order (I've give a separate review for that), I must mention the excellent service from the Beverley staff for sorting things out and finding my order. Lovely friendly staff and a pleasure to deal with ... still smiling at nearly 5pm on a Saturday is amazing! 😀

Visited the Beverley store
Visited the Beverley store. Whilst this is modestly sized, it has a good range of products and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Great quality clothing
Excellent website to use and good selection of clothes and sizes including various trouser and cropped trouser lengths .The staff in my local store are always really helpful and knowledgeable.

Customer service excellent, Jean sizes not
Whilst your customer service in store was excellent when I returned my items, I was really disappointed I had to return them. I found the sizes of the jeans difficult. I tried 3 sizes, 10, 12 and 14. The 10 far too small, the 12 could get on but couldn’t fasten and the 14 went on and fastened but was way too big. The style and colour of the jeans was lovely, just a shame the sizes didn’t work for me.
