We went into your store today and was happy with the way the store is set up. I have not been to Birmingham city centre for many years, I have noticed that many shops do not have adequate access for people in wheelchairs to get around but your store was perfect.
I was served by Brad and the manager who was both wonderful.

Upon investigation, I can see that your parcel was incorrectly marked as "ready to collect" on 7th August. However, the store advised you that this was an error. Your order then arrived two days later on 9th August. I can see that our advisor updated you with this information, in which you have advised us that you may or may not collect it. If it is not collected, the order will be automatically returned and refunded.

I was looking for work Dinner, summer clothing at Fatface , Grandcentral, Bull ring Birmingham shop and team member from Fatface named 'India' was really helpful. She helped me chose the clothing, she was attentive, listening to what I'm looking for and genuinely was interested in helping me chose, getting the right sizes , checking availability for sizes, showing different options.she was kind, professional and efficient.I am very impressed.Keep it up!Definitely will be shopping at Fatface , Grand central again!

Pretty and comfy clothes and fantastic service
I love shopping at the Birmingham FatFace shop: the staff are always helpful and when I ask provide honest opinions and advice about fit etc. The clothes are comfortable (at least the ones I buy), last well and I like the different prints are usually available in different styles. I also like the company ethos of being a bit more environmentally conscious and sustainable. What was particularly good today was that one member of staff found some things for me to try based on a very quick exchange and they were perfect. Another colleague gave me excellent advice on fit, and a third suggested some things based on some very vague ideas about fabrics I liked that helped me see the structure in the shop display. Thank you!

Birmingham
I visited the Birmingham store and it is very well stocked with the latest clothes and accessories. The store is always nice to visit but the standout thing for Birmingham is the staff who are always a delight to visit. Helpful staff who are always willing to give an honest opinion or help you find something more suitable. I do love this store and visit often.
