Fatface are an Amazing Brand and company, The products on the colour are 2nd to none all the staff are super friendly understanding very customer focused and warm human beings. Since discovering Fat Face (I ashamedly admit to only discovering seven years ago) I buy little from any other brand.
I try to restrict myself to buy a couple of pieces each month when I get paid. But in all honesty, it’s so hard as I love so much of your stuff. I also buy all my Christmas gifts for my nieces from Fat Face and my friends get quite quite a few pieces as well. If you were to do short medium and tall in your men’s range (particularly with regards to the t’s and shirts I could get my husband way more stuff from you guys)
My hats off to this you all and thank you for the great products And truly phenomenal service.
PS: The relatively new female manager at your Bristol Cabot Circus branch It’s pretty amazing! And as a consequence, so are her staff

Your staff are really nice and helpful. Ordering is easy, delivery on time. Good communication throughout. I returned my item at the store where I collected it and a refund was processed immediately.
