A pleasure to shop
What a wonderful retail experience I had this afternoon in your store in Bromley.
The choice of colours ,styles and accessories were wonderful but the shopping trip was made so special because of your kind considerate and helpful staff .I must thank MJ and Laurence for their helpful comments as I tried on several outfits . Am delighted with my 2 purchases and my time spent in the store with these two charming people .

I got 1 week to collect this item, which I couldn't do and then the purchase was refunded. Not a good 1st time online buyer experience.

Was sent a different item..
I've ordered many times from Fatface and always had a nice experience. However, on my last order I received a different item from the one I've ordered. I took it in the store and they happily returned it for me.
I gave it 4 stars because I ended up paying for the postage and received nothing.

Ordered online for delivery to Bromley store.i was able to try the dress on in store but it was too small so tried on the next size from the store. It fitted so the staff exchanged them and they returned the original dress for me.

I like that you can order online but…
I like that you can order online for store pickup at no extra cost (apart from the cost of your transport and your time to get to the store). The process was good and staff were very polite.
BUT, ideally Fat Face shops should have all the sizes in all the lengths (S,R anf L). It seems that the only lengths available is Regular.

I have ordered items several times. Good customer service always. The quality of the garments are excellent and worth the extra price. Clothes tend to be oversized so just need to be aware of that before ordering.
