Excellent Service at the Bromley Fat Face store
I shop at the Bromley FatFace store. I find the staff very helpful and supportive. They adopt a positive approach and nothing is too much trouble . There is a comfortable feel about the store . The clothes are well organised and beautifully displayed.Versatile great quality clothing and style.

Very friendly and helpful

I ordered a pair of pedal pushers on line to be delivered to the Bromley store and tried them on in the store. They fitted perfectly and are very comfortable and soft. The staff in the Bromley branch are always super friendly and helpful

So easy to order online and collect in store and save on postage, ensure they have your size, and still have a browse while in store. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome in the shop. Very pleased with my new coat, which I collected. Looked even better in real life than online.

Great service. I needed to exchange my purchase for a larger size. Exchange was made without any fuss, I was well informed by the ‘Fatface’ team and advised when I could collect my purchase. Very good all round service, combined with great pricing. 5star

Not really loose enough to wear in bed... more to wear in the house maybe?
Have to return as whist a small, not loose enough for bed wear. Thus because my town is shop dead, I have to return to Bromley to return and buy a size up but cannot do that as size up now gone in sale. Overall, big waste of time really. Did like them though.

Catherine was very helpful, pleasant and understanding when I telephoned the store. She listened to my concerns and was supportive and informative.
