Saw a shirt in Burnham Deepdale…
Saw a shirt in Burnham Deepdale I liked but didn’t have in my size. Happy to check if Rushden Lakes had any in stock. After I left shop decided I wanted a cardigan I had seen so placed an order online. Given options of date to collect. Placed order got both items within a couple of days. Lady who served me when I went to collect order was very polite and helpful. Good service all round.

Query dealt with efficiently by customer service
I had ordered a sweatshirt to pick up from the nearest store but then changed my mind about size. Unfortunately it couldn’t be changed so I had to order another one in the other size and Fatface kindly sent a voucher for the postage. I then went to the store to arrange a return. All sorted extremely quickly and my discount i had used was refunded. Then another voucher for express postage for another order. Very impressed with how efficient customer service dealt with my query and the surprise vouchers. The staff at the store ( Burnham Deepdale) were very friendly and helpful too.
