Tried to use a gift card in Cheltenham
Tried to use a gift card in Cheltenham, voucher was for £40 but in-store till would only allow £33.64 to be used. Very disappointed as online I can use the full £40 BUT I have to spend £70 to get delivery. Not impressed by staff attitude either, Fatface used to be great with great customer service and great staff but sadly this has dwindled and is now seen at a number of stores.

Have purchased clothes for my family…
Have purchased clothes for my family from Fat Face for years and called in to the Cheltenham store yesterday to collect an order but was surprised and very sad to see that it looked like the shop is closing down! Fixtures and fittings removed off walls etc. Is this yet another shop leaving Cheltenham, I really hope not.

I don’t really leave reviews, but I Came into store on 5/6/24, on a mission to find some summer holiday clothes. Was met by a friendly team, and a chilled out store atmosphere.
I couldn’t find the sizes that were quite right for me, but your manager Cara was able to help me find everything I needed, and even helped me style and pair some items together, something an older less fashionable chap like myself appreciated.
She really is a credit to your store, and made shopping with you guys seamless. I’ll definitely be returning for next seasons holiday clothes!

Useful click and collect servuce
Ordered a yellow cotton hoodie pullover. Good colour. Good fit. Pyjamas bottoms in fluffy brushed cotton. Didn’t like them so the local shop took my order which was click and collect and processed the refund which I should receive soon. Good helpful in store service.

visited Fatface in Cheltenham looking…for summer holiday T shirts
visited Fatface in Cheltenham looking for some holiday T shirts, whilst there saw a fantastic Jacket, my size Jacket was not on display, Natham the manager managed to find one, also liked some T shirts, Natham again managed to find several in my size, I really enjoyed chatting to Natham and his staff, they did everything possible to find me everything I needed, spent about 45 minutes in the shop, great experience, I have not expereienced customer service like I did from Fatface for a very long time, I will definately be going into Fatface again, the next time I am in Cheltenham. natham and his team are definately an asset to the company.
