Item delivered quickly and was well informed during the whole process.

Very easy to order online via the website. Kept informed after ordering as to the status of delivery to store. Received email when delivered. I collected, tried on instore, helpful staff, returned one item, refund went through to my account very quickly. Again, I was kept informed during the process. Very happy customer!!

I spotted a jacket in the men’s department but it was a little creased. The staff member downstairs offered to steam the jacket.
We carried on shopping and returned to Fatface and picked up a super jacket.
More recently we realised that the shirt this jacket was displayed with was a good match. After a phone call to Clitheroe we were able to order the shirt to collect at Bury Next.

Excellent service! Site is easy to use and thankfully delivers to Jersey. Delivery time was very quick, well packaged. The dress is beautiful, material is beautiful, just as I would expect from FatFace. Thank you 😊

A great range of well designed and considered menswear. The on line experience was terrific as always. I really appreciate the advance notice of the Sale and feel it always represents really good value. The collection at branch was not as pleasurable. The staff upstairs in branch are normally welcoming but the service I received was abrupt. The staff member in menswear was more interested in stocking racks and pushing past us without courtesy than being customer focused. I bought some more items and paid for these downstairs and the experience was really pleasant with a helpful staff member - it was like being in a different shop. I am accustomed to far better customer service than that received today at Fatface.

I have been a Fat Face customer for many years, and it has never failed to disappoint in both quality of clothing, excellent service both online and in store.
In their physical stores, the staff have always gone out of their way to help , and are friendly and courteous.
Very nice , friendly atmosphere in this particular store on each of my visits.
