Amazing staff & Customer Service …
Went into FatFace Conwy and was helped by Caroline who was amazing. She was so helpful throughout and managed to find the size of top I’d been looking for which had been placed on the wrong hanger. She was attentive, helpful and professional and not only did I buy the top, I also ordered the one which Caroline was wearing. The service I received was outstanding, I’ll definitely be back 😁

Visited Fat Face branch in Conwy ,customer service from Josh was outstanding, advised me on which jeans to buy , he has a fabulous personality and we were so pleased with our purchases ( 10 items 😊).

Lovely staff at this Fat Face shop
Collected order , pair trainers not fitting well and returned. Staff member, lovely guy so helpful and initiated my refund straight away without fuss .
Just nice when things like this are made straight forward .
