Quick delivery, very helpful staff.
Quick delivery to store, needed to change an item and return a couple within the delivery. The Dorchester store was brilliant, very helpful and accommodating.

My experience with fat face has always been very good and this time it has been equally as good the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my goods didn't arrive in store until 3 days after delivery date.

I had an email to say it was ready to…
I had an email to say it was ready to pick up from store after a certain time, however, it was not. I will have to make another journey into town which is not easy and wasted time and money. Staff were not overly helpful.
