The system let me down
online order process was good, unfortunately I did not recieve and email or text to say my item was in for collection at the store. So eventually I just went to the store where they said there wasn't a delivery for me, however they went to check the store room and there was a package for me after all. The system let me down!. But the top I ordered was lovely and really great quality. Shame about the communication.

I bought a pair of Harlow hight waist…jeans
I bought a pair of Harlow hight waist jeans which say made from eco friendly products worn twice . They seemed okay the first day but on the second day these jeans were good on the waist but seemed too baggy and rucked up on the ankle . I’m really dissatisfied with this product , It’s the first time I’ve been unhappy with clothing from fat face

Great service as usual
Love FatFace clothes although this year some sizes coming up small and looks like winter jumpers on the large side.
However I love shopping in the my local store (Dorchester), the staff are so helpful without being pushy. Even my husband commented on it after a recent visit. Could certainly show some other stores how to do it. Well Done!

Staff are NICE AND HAPPY
Really love the lay out inside the shop and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Nice to see a male member of staff in the store as it's usually dominated by women.
Having a gender balance changes the whole dynamic of staff unity and attitude promoting positive vibes and happiness which flows into customer contact 😊

Shorts for the holidays
I collected the shorts from the shop. This meant I could try them on before making a final decision. The shorts fit well. I would recommend them.
