Great service as usual
Love FatFace clothes although this year some sizes coming up small and looks like winter jumpers on the large side.
However I love shopping in the my local store (Dorchester), the staff are so helpful without being pushy. Even my husband commented on it after a recent visit. Could certainly show some other stores how to do it. Well Done!

Staff are NICE AND HAPPY
Really love the lay out inside the shop and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Nice to see a male member of staff in the store as it's usually dominated by women.
Having a gender balance changes the whole dynamic of staff unity and attitude promoting positive vibes and happiness which flows into customer contact 😊

Shop well laid out. Great selection of clothes. Clearly labelled with price, composition and provenance. We try to shop as ethically as possible. Helpful, friendly staff. Delighted with purchases, good value for money.

Shorts for the holidays
I collected the shorts from the shop. This meant I could try them on before making a final decision. The shorts fit well. I would recommend them.

Good quality clothes, helpful and friendly staff. Very easy to order on line and have delivered to nearest store. I like the fact that even if you order on line you can return items to the store.

Stephen in the Dorchester branch is amazing!
I made a return in the Dorchester store and the store member Stephen was extremely helpful. As he saw the reason for the return was ‘too small’ he offered to go and find the correct size. He was so helpful!!!

My size was not available in the shop and the assistant suggested I order on line. I did this and received it to collect at the shop within days with no delivery charge. Great service and great jacket!
