I've always found Fatface clothes great value for money. Fatface tunics are my favourite and are made in very colourful fabrics!

Bit disappointed
I popped into the Eastbourne store to checkout the VW tee-shirts, theses were located at the back of the store on the back wall. I had to pass the till point where one staff member was standing, and I also passed another staff member on the shop floor, neither of them acknowledged us. I found the shirt I wanted, and shouted across if I could try it on, I was told to just go straight in.
The shirt fitted fine, so I took it to the cash desk, on paying the staff member asked if I was on the system so that they could email my receipt, I replied yes I am and yes I’d like you to email my receipt, she seemed to be having difficulties locating my email, but she said she found it ok, when I asked are you sure, she said here’s a paper receipt, if that re-assures you, to be honest I think that was quite rude. All she had to say was yes that’s absolutely fine, you should receive your email receipt any time.
I probably would not shop in this branch again.

Worth visiting regularly
The Eastbourne store is very well laid out so that you can see what they have and have room to look. The clothes are displayed in a way which attracts you attention and Ives ideas for how to wear items; the display is changed frequently and the stock is updated regularly. The staff are friendly and helpful in answering queries and also at the pay counter.

Fat Face’s No PayPal returns in store
I bought a dress using secure PayPal, it didn’t suit my shape so when I returned it to store, I wasn’t expecting to be told they don’t take PayPal back and I would have to return by post. I was going away so had the inconvenience of find a post office in the area we were in to send it back. I only bought online because they don’t have the bigger sizes in store. Very annoying!!!!

I can see that my colleague did respond to your email regarding returning the dress, offering the option either via a Post Office or for collection from your address.
